A really friendly company to deal with and a truly excellent product and reasonably priced. The doors are superbly made and everything happened on time, from ordering to delivery and installation. The fitters Ross and Damien did a wonderful job, removing the old windows and doors installing the new ones and keeping everything clean and tidy throughout. Minimum disturbance and a friendly and cheerful outlook the whole time. Very professional and knowledgeable. The doors look terrific and have brought a new spacious and light look to the house. Would recommend the company and the doors to anyone.

Essex Bi-fold recently completed installation of my sliding door and bi-fold door. I found the whole process from start to finish very smooth, excellent communication, Lee provided initial information to help me choose the right product and quotation promptly. Clive managed the whole process smoothly, emailed me details of installation date, diagram for my builders to ensure the structural size is prepared.The sliding door and bi-fold door installed by Ross and his team. Exceptionally poor experience. They processed the payment incorrectly and threatened to take legal action, at the same time I lost my job with thomas cook. Never known a company to be so heartless.

Faultless from quote to installation!Essex Bifolds recently installed an Origin bifold door for us and we could not be happier. The service was great from the beginning, and everyone involved was very professional. The doors turned up exactly when they said they would, and the installation went very smoothly. We later noticed a tiny chip on the door and Essex Bifolds were quick to come out and repair. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Essex Bi-Fold. We were very impressed how they spent the time to explain the best options for us. When it came to install, service and quality are to a high standard. We had a small problem and was impressed how quick they came and fixed it. Would defiantly recommend and use again.

We used Essex Bi-Fold for a very large project. We have had some small issues that needed to be resolved at the end project but they have repeatedly not responded to our emails to carry out the snagging. Very very disappointed.

Excellent doors , German made , customer service wasn’t as great unfortunately.

This company helped me out in a big way when I was badly let down by another bifold door company who had ordered the wrong size doors. As we were desperate for these to go in before Christmas, we rang round to see if there was any other company willing and able to do this. Essex Bi-Fold Door Company were just the people to do it. They turned our ordered around in just a couple of days and then rang us very swiftly with a date for installation. They are now in, of very good quality and look absolutely stunning! Thank you to all the team but, especially, Lee, for his efficient and professional help in sorting out our problem and restoring our faith in decent companies again!
