Triyoga is the best yoga school I have ever been to (I've tried a fair few!).Lovely studios and spaces, amazing teachers, and great variety of classes. Great for all levels, from beginners to experts. If you are considering yoga classes in London, you will not be disappointed with Triyoga.

I’ve been attending triyoga studio since first time opening. I personally think the teachers have been always amazing! But I find the receptionists unwelcoming, grumpy and with an attitude in resent months! It would be nice to be greeted with a smile and with a feeling of being welcomed. The floor in studios needs to be cleaned a bit more. Always full of hair in the morning.I keep attending less and less classes. Shame.

I had a terrible experience on 30/6 in Ealing. A staff member charged at me and was verbally rude to me whilst I was trying to pay for something at reception with another receptionist. I have written in numerous times with a formal complaint asking the manger to see cctv footage and deal with this issue as I feel unsafe going back in with this staff member on reception. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done. No apology, accountability or any assurance that this will not happen again. Very disappointed that I have been put on hold with this serious complaint for 5 weeks. A truly awful and shocking customer service experience which I am also very sad about as I have been a loyal customer there for many years since it opened and feel I deserve better than this from triyoga.

Recently unexpectedly had the worst experience, and it's been already twice with same receptionist pahli, who was very arrogant with me.She asked me to solve the problem before sending outside to speak with other studio manager, which was very rude. And yesterday was talking with attitude as well.I understand to have some antipathy, but people who work in customer service should be much more professional, I guess.Very disappointing.

13/05/2023 - Wanted to share an update regarding staff member Alysha (apologies if name is spelt wrong). Such a lovely woman, grest customer service, goes above and beyond. I love this place.Massive fan, regular member who attends on average 5 classes a week.Basically this is a high quality, fancy yoga studio.Heated floors, zen vibe, great classes and teachers. Worth every penny.Great changing room and infrared sauna.

It started out well but sadly it’s better to avoid Triyoga. Classes are SO overbooked for the small space and the studio floor is consistently full of hair even at the beginning of the first class of the day.I went to the front desk to complain about these two things and I felt I was talking to a robot rather than a human being who can think and reason.I mentioned that there were 22 people in the class including the teacher, and how uncomfortable and STRESSFUL that was (the teacher couldn’t actually demonstrate the moves otherwise she would have hit me), and the only thing the staff did was laugh and say “oh actually the limit is 29”. And I’m like… ok, but can you pass this on, or do something about it? No. Nothing at all. Not even an apology. Additionally, apparently they pay teachers per student so they will never have classes where the limit is less than 25.When I mentioned the hair on the studio floor the staff member literally said “I don’t understand why that happened because the studio is cleaned every day at the end of the day and this was the first class”. Ummm maybe it happened because it wasn’t cleaned properly??? She also said that it was probably hair from people in the lesson and I was like, NO, it was full if hair as soon as I laid out my yoga mat. Again, no apologies or any intention whatsoever to try and make it better after a customer’s complaint. Oh, and during all this the staff member was so obviously trying no to laugh on my face. I would avoid at all costs. I don’t think the people who run Triyoga actually care about yoga at all.

So glad that something like triyoga has finally made its way out of zone 1 and Ealing is the perfect spot. Teachers and therapists are amazing and staff are wonderful. Can't wait for it to become more cemented in the community.

AWFUL. Worst yoga studio I've ever been to. It feels like a money-making business instead of a yoga shala. I asked for an intro card since it was my first time trying it out and they told me they did not have one. Turns out they do, and so when I asked for a refund to switch to the intro card they said that there are no refunds. The studio manager was also laughing at me all the time when I was explaining the situation, which I found very rude and bizarre... As if amused by my mistake" of trusting them instead of having booked the intro card myself directly on the website. In addition to the greediness

Awful. Have a purposefully non transparent membership, that indicates a 30 day cancellation period but is manipulated to force the customer to pay to the next billing period regardless?! Completely unethical. Some classes are oversubscribed and yet the centre crams people into studio rooms despite conditions being uncomfortable for those that practice.Unpleasant experience, avoid.
