Hello Guys⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️Be careful with mailbox guys. I have really really bad experience with mailbox. I was thinking I should share my experience here. So people can be careful for their valuable goods for shipment or even their other services too. It’s awful.I sent a box in Europe by mailbox with important goods. There are many things with very good price with an expensive mobile. Instead they send it to Europe they said they lost it. They said they sent it by FedEx. Last four months I was struggling to get right compensation but they were not helping me to get right compensation. Mr Erin who is manager in mailbox in Brightion. He is not helpful at all. He said it’s not his job to help me to get right compensation. Moreover I think and I believe he was related to steal my box. They are gang to steal people belonging. So guys before you ⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️go to mailbox⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️ please please think twice to get any service from mailbox Brighton. Otherwise you will regret whole your life. I’m telling you.

I needed a passport photocopy so I went here since I knew they would be open during lockdown providing essential services. I was informed by the staff that there is a minimum £2.00 printing fee. I left since I only needed 1 page. However 4 stars because the staff were professional about it, and informed me as soon as I told them what I needed.

Careful guys about this scammer. I mean mailbox. I swear to God this place is scammer. Their service is very bad. I am a witness of history of my friend. I saw him how sad he was and almost every day he cried after losing his box by mailbox. He sent a box to Portugal but somehow mailbox workers and managers understood there are many things expensive in the box. They accepted nicely and even they didn’t ask for insurance. They didn’t even ask for box value but they put their own value of the box. They said no worries about value. They will put value as he can pay less money. My friend never sent anything internationally. So he doesn’t have that much knowledge. Somehow they did realised it. As result they stole his valuable box. And make nice drama and stole the box. Everyone has to be very careful regarding this mailbox. My friend is still hoping he will get his box as very important belongings in that box which are related with his life. These you can’t value by money. Be careful again to all clients about this place. Don’t buy rudeness or bullying or unhelpful customers service from mailbox by your own money. You will regret rest of your life Like my friend. I’m telling you.

LADRONES! Simply burglars! Don't bother to waste your money there.Went there for printing on an specific size. Needed 12 copies of it. Guy, very rude despite the unnecessary timewasting effort for making the copies, only did 1 set of it and charged £4 for 4 pages. Left the place still needing the rest of the copies because he did not want to do the rest. Very rude and burglar prices!CUSTOMERS READING THIS: Go to Prontaprint Shop in North Road. The attention was magnificent, precise and despite the weird size of my print, they did all of them, 24 pages and even 3 more, for just £10.

I just rang this outfit to find out if a quotation that I requested on - line 5 days ago had been received. This is for a substantial shipment to Australia , 3 boxes each in excess of 20 kilos and probably costing high hundreds of pounds. The women that I spoke to was extremely rude, disinterested and totally unprofessional . I contacted the Mail Boxes franchise in Tunbridge Wells who were extremely pleasant and helpful and obviously will be getting my business. I strongly suggest that anyone within the Sussex/ Kent area avoids the Brighton branch of Mail Boxes.

Excellent customer service, staff are very helpfull, Requested Book Binding, placed this order pm, ready to collect following morning, the server did an excellent job, definitely recomend this place.

The positives - they picked up the item from the local auction with no trouble, didnt damage it either, it did come very well packaged and done properly, pretty faultess in terms of packing so good packing facility.The negatives - communication isnt great, had to chase up where my item was, but the biggest issue is/was their price - very expensive
