Can't say enough to praise Neil, he had a real battle with my computer, but wouldn't let go until he cracked it. Great to have a local buisness that gives first class service, a rare commodity these days. I will reccomend him to all my friends.

Had a problem with my computor - was worried that I needed a new one which I couldn't afford. It turned out it was the hard drive, but Adam and Neil were great and got it sorted, and it didn't cost the earth. Its working as good as new now.Click IT offer a superb service. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to upgrade my sons pc before Christmas and a long story short it was a disaster - BUT Neil from Click-it In Rugeley was amazing! In the end I ended up with a new build, but not before Neil spent hours on my lads pc trying to upgrade, calls at 21.00 at night still working on it to keep me informed. Not many honest true professionals left in the industry- but Neil is one of those guys. One very happy boy at Christmas.

My laptop crashed without warning . Was then not charging, unable to boot and intermittently flashing the 'charging' green light on the laptop indicating that it needed charge!Approached the Click IT store who were very friendly and systematically undertook the troubleshooting process to determine whether it was my charger/laptop battery.Thank you for your help and would definitely visit again to sort out my hardware issues!

Took pc down with power issue, diagnosed problem straight away and gave me a good price. Explained to me that I needed a new power supply and that it is a simple fix which but my mind at ease. Very friendly and professional service, clearly knows his stuff. Will defiantly be using again should anymore issues come up. Would highly recommended.

Have been a client of Neil at Click IT for a few years now and he offers an excellent all round service. Had a big issue during lockdown with files being corrupted on my laptop, but Neil came to the rescue, accessing my computer remotely. My laptop had a mystifying fault that all normal attempts to clear were unsuccessful. Neil patiently persevered with it long after I had given up all hope and managed to sort the problem. Although he must have spent hours on it he only charged me minimal labour costs. Thanks again Neil!

I’d like to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Adam at CLICK IT, Rugeley.At the beginning of the year, my old laptop had locked itself due to an End Of Life, Anti Theft software which wasn’t supported by the vendor anymore.I didn’t know the password, as I didn’t set it up, and I had numerous attempts, with no luck.I wasn’t worried about the laptop. It was losing the important documents, emails, photos, voicemails and videos of my late husband, who passed away 18 months ago.Adam took the laptop and within half an hour had unlocked it!!!I’m AMAZED and so thankful.This means I’ve got my husband’s memories back!!!I would highly recommend CLICK IT to anyone looking for any repair or maintenance of their laptops, etc.
