Having lived in rented accommodation for approx 10 years now and used multiple different letting agencies, PureLettings are the best ones we have ever come across. The whole team are so pleasant to deal with, especially Lydia and Joe, and any questions or issues have been dealt with efficiently and promptly. Could not recommend them enough.

Have recently rented a flat through Pure Lettings and it has been a seamless and easy process! I dealt with Lydia for most of the process and she has been fantastic - quick to reply to queries and concerns and always helpful and friendly. The turnaround from viewing the flat to signing the contract was quick and easy which was just what I needed. Overall they have been extremely accomodating and helpful! No complaints :)

We recently moved into a flat that had been unoccupied for quite some time and there were a few key things that needed fixing. Lydia, Angie, and the maintenance team are lovely, and have been extremely efficient in any repairs and alterations we requested. It has made the move into a quirky old home seamless and enjoyable. We were really struggling looking for a house in a Norwich. But Lydia at Pure letting was fab, within hours of enquiring about a house we had arranged a viewing and by the end of the week the contracts were all sorted. Since moving into the house there have been a few minor maintenance things to solve and the team at Pure letting have been really good and quick at responding to our emails.

I don’t actually like to leave bad reviews but in this instance I’m quite upset about the service here.I enquired about a property to which I had an email about, I responded with our details so that we could either book in for a viewing or be told we can’t view the property in line with their initial assessment of people wanting to view. I heard neither. I emailed again, and called the office.The attitude of whoever I spoke to in the office left me feeling like a burden. I called and politely said that I’d enquired but not heard anything back, “well I’ve not seen it” “what’s your name and I’ll check”. I provided the date of the email, my name and said who had initially responded to me. No apology for the first response I got and was informed the lady works out of office, they would forward an email saying I’d called and ask what was going on. Once again, nothing.I’ve now sent three emails about a property that I want to view, plus called twice. Once it went to voicemail and once where I was met with the above.I can see there’s positive reviews and I’m not saying don’t let a peppery with this company, but my personal experience was quite a let down and unnecessary? If someone isn’t right for the property, then there’s no reason to not say so you don’t leave them hanging.

I became a tenant just under a year ago. I am medically retired and registered as disabled which means I have more needs than the average tenant. Natasha was extremely understanding and helpful when I first rented a property. Since then, Lydia and the other ladies have joined the team and my dealings with them have also been extremely helpful, efficient and pleasently dealt with.Any problems that have arisen in my time with them have been recognised early and remedied quickly by Lydia and the maintenance staff Joe and Jack.I have nothing but praise for their whole team. They have shown a humanitarian side to an industry not usually known for it and I'm thankful for their help!
