I wouldn't of even given one star but had no choice. Now I cannot rate the quality of nail services as I was unable to use a gift card bought for me in advance as a gift from my husband as they only give you 3 MONTHS validity!. And don't even make you aware when you purchase the gift voucher of the very short expiry date. My husband spoke to the manager who would not extend the date and offered him a £5 voucher instead of fulfilling my £33 voucher. Think twice before going to this place, obviously customer service is non existent.

Wow! What can I say absolutely perfection my nails have never ever looked as good there like diamonds in the sky wouldn't go any where else recommend to everyone !! They don't even charge stupid charges e.g. Glitter like Hollywood Nails do

There were good but i had asked if they could paint my daughters nails and they said yes but when we got there they said they didnt have time but yet people were walking in with no appointments and getting there nails done. My nails did look really good.

I had a pedicure and I would go back. Nails trimmed, spa for feet and dead skin removed. Shellac polish and really pleased with everything.

Used to do really nice nails but of late they have been awful...I went and had my nails done less than 2 weeks ago for an event, showed them what I wanted and they only done half of what I had asked for and getting that part was painful with them not listening.Within a week one nail had snapped and the rest were crumbling off so I went in to get them fixed and only the snapped nail was fixed.I just went in today to get them properly sorted because another 3 nails had lifted completely off my nail (so only been on for less than 2 weeks) and clearly said clearly that I wanted them all fixed cause the job that was done in the first place wasn't right and I was told I had 2 get a completely new set put on, i was then charged full price of a removal and a new set.When I tried to explain that this was to fixed the job that wasn't right in the first place the man started arguing with me that he had already fixed the nails and that it was full price, I said he sorted 1 nail the rest were still not right he got more argumentative.To charge a customer full price for the fixing of a job that was not done properly in the first place is ridiculous and then to argue with a customer about it is even worse...If you want an expensive set of acrylics that are not what you asked for and to last for less than 2 weeks then look no further...

Best gel nails I have ever had done

had my nails done there today, the staff where brilliant . Very friendly, and made my nails look amazing. Would recommend to anyone!
