Awesome service - willing to spend time to go through everything, no pushy sales, knowledgeable staff and beyond helpful!Our little girl left her toy there after we picked up a bike and the shop went above and beyond to get it back to us!The bike has been amazing too - thanks for all the chats to get us the perfect bike!

This is by far the best bike shop I have had the pleasure of going to, all the staff are so helpful and everytime I have been there they all go out there way to do the most they can. Massive thank you to Shane for sorting my bike out in record time, you really got me out of a tough spot, the ride home was the best the bike has ever preformed, again thank you all .. 110% recommend this place brilliant service.

Turned my Vitus around in double quick time after Wiggle UK delivered the bike with multiple faults. Was also pleasantly surprised at the price of service. Would recommend and will be using them from now on.

Just spent a pleasant morning instore. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. No high pressure sales techniques just nice chat and conversation. Came away with TCR Advanced 1 disc. Very pleased. Thank you. See you for the first service.

The level of a professional friendly service goes above and beyond 110% I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it really is to deal with these guys, especially Shane. My gratitude towards this guy I just cannot emphasise what he did for me on Xmas Eve. To those that are thinking about purchasing a bike for needs any assistance/Advice/help you can most certainly put your confidence within the store.
