Bodleian Old Library
Very cool place, worth a visit and a tour around. For those who like Harry Potter films, some scenes were shot in the library so it should be on your HP tick list.

Only did the divination school visit and not the full tour, but I loved it. The room is beautiful and they shot a few scenes in Harry Potter here. Well worth the money.

Wonderful place to visit in Oxford. No wonder it has been chosen to film Harry Potter! However if you want to see the library inside you have to book a tour in advance to avoid disappointment. This tours are very popular. If they are sold out in the website better you walk in to the ticket office first hour in the morning and you will find some spaces. I know they liberate few spaces every day. I hope this is helpful :)

Bodleian Old Library
I took a guided tour of this library with a history going back to the 14th century. It started with only 5 books and it holds over 10 million items.

Truly amazing part of the library. Being the oldest section, it carries a lot of history and it surely is very interesting and entertaining to hear all that from an experienced and talented guide. It is not possible to go without a guide, so be aware of that and plan accordingly. The 15-minute tour costs 7£ per adult and it surely is worth it.

It's beautiful from the outside too,one can enter its courtyards for free . Entry is ticketed. Lots of Harry Potter films were shot Inside,so fans would like to visit and admire the interiors

Old Bodleian is pretty nice and airy, but some photos featured here are actually in Duke Humfrey Library which is located in the arts end wing.
