Not even close to 1 star.All area no body taking care about cleanness. Staff didn’t pay attention to service. Low quality of food.Why we have to lose our time here. So disappointed.

It’s a very small but nice plaza with some nice food and drinksI loved every bit of it, when you renter terminal 4, after security check in turn left and go straight and you will see it around gate 1C5 star for everything

Quality of the lounge really has declined over the years. Food on my last visit was nearly inedible. Steamed meatballs" in sauce. Mac and cheese which would be better if I made it from a box. Only redeeming quality is the open bar.Temperature in the lounge is warm and sweaty. I fear for anyone who pays the sticker price for entry over access with a credit card or priority pass. Simply not worth £45"

Unfriendly bartender. Buffet, for vegans: just fruit, crackers, roast potatoes, baked beans. A second coffee machine is needed! Kids were running around (I wish airport lounges were adults-only) and noise level rather high (rowdy group of young men drinking free beer). Full to capacity 8:45-10:30 am on an October Saturday. I wish people would vacate dining tables when finished eating.

Relax place , very valued to take a time there to wait for your flights. Have food, relax areas and connections wifi to use for your time there be relaxing. Enjoy! For sure I will be using always from now. It was my first experience in this place.

This was one of the best lounges we’ve experienced in Europe. Breakfast was served until 11:00, then a wonderful lunch was provided. Drinks and snacks were also very good. We would definitely recommend a stop over in this lounge if your schedule allows

Should have been one of the better lounges in Heathrow. Went to the one in T2 during a weekday afternoon and the lounge was moderately busy. The food options were limited and not appetising. The salad wasn’t fresh and turning brown.The conditions of the furniture have seen better days. Poor maintenance and toilet was full of toilet paper on floor. They seem to be facing shortage of cleaning staff. Uncleared utensils, cups left lying around for long before they are taken away.

I found this to be definitely one of the better airport lounges for priority pass holders. This premium plaza lounge is located in LHR in Terminal 2 by the A gates. It’s much more refined and quieter than the one in Terminal 5 (which is always so crowded and chaotic).Its decor is aesthetically calm and pleasing, it has well maintained food and bathroom areas, and many sections of varying types of comfortable seating with plenty of charging outlets available. Suitable for resting, dining and working.

45 Pounds to come into a crowded lounge that advertises a shower but you need to book and pay an additional 25 pounds on top of the 45.There are not enough charging points.There are only 2 toilets.It's very hot inside. There should be a discount for people who do not drink alcohol.The food is average at best and the range of food is horrible. You are better off staying outside in a cafe.This lounge is for people who know no better. Avoid it. Do not waste your money.I'm unsure what the other terminals are like. This was Terminal 2.

Very pleasant lounge. Easy to find and the check in process was a breeze. Short line for an early flight (8am). The personnel were friendly and the areas was very clean. Ample amount of seating with charging, comfortable chairs, or high chairs. Bar was clean and had a complimentary menu which was very helpful. Good WiFi connection. Only thing I noticed that is not a big deal is no windows and no screens with flight information.
