Excellent classes. What Carmela doesn't know about pasta, isn't worth knowing!Made to feel welcome straight away, enjoying cooking in a lovely, clean environment.Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to increase their knowledge and confidence in Italian food and cooking.

I cannot say enough how amazing Carmela is!! Her knowledge, expertise and passion for Italian cuisine is incredible, but equally important, her teaching methods are phenomenal. She has an innate skill of making you feel at such ease from the moment you walk through the door which allows you to absorb all of the ‘tips/tricks’ and techniques she conveys - and makes you want to go home and practice them!! She taught me not only how to make pasta and pizza dough, but gave me a repertoire of sauces in my armamentarium to produce beautiful dishes!! (Homemade pesto and pesto trapanese in the pic below!)

First a disclaimer, we are not related despite the surname!If you want to eat delicious Italian food, learn about it, learn to cook it or just watch an expert, Carmella's supper clubs and classes are perfect. The classes are fun and the recipes are all quite accessible and usable in the real world on a daily basis. The supper clubs particularly sell out fast so get in early. Highly recommended.
