Love this vets. They are kind and helpful. They truly care about each individual pet and show that personalisation. From the greeting you get to care you receive, it is all amazing. I would highly recommend. My dog actually loves her trips to vets.

My experience has always been good, and it genuinely hurts me to leave this review, the vets are generally lovely, my issue is the colossal mark up the place on medications, our dog is dying of cancer, it is a traumatic time for us as is, we’ve paid thousands in costs only to find out that the medication markups are anything from 100 - 300% above what you can source online, I’m not even talking about mark up on cost prices!We found the ear drops online, £80 at the vet, £29 online! cancer medication over £1000 per month at Cheshire pet, £450 online, we’ve had conversations about struggling to afford this treatment, realising we may have to let her go and only to find out we’d pay well under half with a simple Google is heartbreaking. I understand that there needs to be markups and prescription fees but charging more than double, in some cases triple what a retailer sells them at seems to be preying on people in very difficult situations

Elworth clinic is fantastic. Highly recommended. The staff there are welcoming & empathetic and at the forefront of their care is the health & welfare of your pets. Karen, jenny, tasha, roz, mel etc are wonderful

It was my puppy's first visit here, she was very calm which is a good endorsement. The vet was very friendly and explained everything clearly. It had a very homely feel to it.

Reception always welcoming and friendly. Vets knowledgeable and don't mind how many questions you have, they also care about the owners as well as the pets.

We went to Cheshire Vets due to a negative experience else where.This vet practice is amazing.The reception team were amazing and put us at ease straightaway, everything that they said they would do was done.Our consultation with the vet was extremely positive. We were treated like equals, everything explained..including costs, at every stage. Our dogs were petted and admired and the vet put them at ease.I cannot praise them enough. Its a lovely calm environment, nice and cool in the hot weather and you immediately feel reassured that you are going to be listened too and your views and concerns acknowledged.There is no sales pitch and they genuinely care for you pet.If you don't use this practice all I can say is.....Why not ????Amazing practice and team.

Not usual vet but were open today and managed to squeeze us in for emergency check on abccess. Very kind to do so. Professional knowledgeable service all explained thoroughly. Very much apreciated.

A very good practice.The nursing staff and admin staff are second to none.A special mention to Jennie. When we lost our beloved Teddy, she was amazing.
