Fast, detail orientated agentI think Ella Simpson puts in the hours and can be relied upon to answer questions. I've tried other agents in the past and wasn't happy with the service. Ella is great, looking into matters quickly, resolves any issues as fast as possible and is open and honest. Very professional and very friendly. I would recommend her to anyone needing a property consultant. I'm searching properties with Dexter because of the great service provided by Ella.

I am long standing landlord and have used many agencies in the past, one of which I gave a five star review to. Regrettably, our experience with Dexters has been far from satisfactory. Over the period our property was marketed and then let, we have a number of problems including agents not locking the balcony door, and being presented with candidate tenants who could obviously not afford the rent. Most recently our start of tenancy inventory was done to an unacceptably poor standard and the response to this latest problem has been slow and poor.
