well all i can say is wow!! and not a good wow!! i placed an order and tracked it it was on route to my address ok then so explain to me then plz why when i stay in ayrshire scotland how my parcel was almost two weeks ago meant to be 3 and a half hours away from my door then the next minute i checked and it said delivered ,yes!! delivered to the other end of scotland somewhere i can't even pronounce the name of lol ,and now i am being told there is nothing they can do to help sort it ,well ok then good luck staying in open if you treat any other customers like this

Shocking service. Said couldn’t deliver and I was in all day! Rubbish. Not a peep from them since. No order delivered. No check up. No refund so far. Appalling

Terrible company terrible service on my mums birthday she's not far away from her 90th birthday with bad health. What with covid-19 plus news at the moment they need to take more care of packing and delivery

Don't use this company. They sent me wrong item and it was leaking. Requested refund and they keep arguing. Now they want me to return a leaking bottle of dilute tomato feed !! Buy elsewhere

Absolutely disguted after buying a beautiful lamp.I used it for 4 hours, I switched it on the next morning only to my horror it blew with sparks coming it !!!We got intouch with Onlinestreet only to be told it was my fault ( after 4 hours of usage)DO NOT USE THIS COMPAMY, as they don't have any customer service!!!
