My physiotherapist was called Andy and he provided a great service throughout my treatment and assessments. I felt so comfortable and at ease from the enitial introduction.The video calls, due to lockdown, were so supportive and informative.The use of the app for a longer period after treatment was complete was great too.

Fantastic service, booking team adapt everything for you. From consultation on my first week I felt at ease. After an accident it can make you worry about your injuries but everyone at Ascenti stoke were able to help me worry less. Sessions lasted a good amount of time with fully explained training plans at the end of the session. Overall a great experience!

Lukman from Ascenti in Stoke at Trent House was amazing. Very kind and respectful taking time to explain things which was a huge help as I have Anxiety disorder and made me feel very at ease. Hopefully do not need physio again but would only ever come back here should I need it!
