Fantastic place for car rental. We needed a car after our car was damaged in a minor accident. So went through insurance. The guys at enterprise called me within a few hours and it was all arranged within minutes. Pickup was quick and easy and the car was decent as well. Very clean car in fact. Drop off was just as easy. Thanks guys!!

Amazing service from Sam and the whole team to be fair. Easiest van rental experienced to date! Very honest and thorough inspection before the rental. Could not recommend enough! Great job guys... I had an amazing experience with enterprise. The staff were great and very very helpful with any questions I had! I did have a car which is was to big for me but I only had for 2 days so it was fine. Thank you again for the amazing service I got :)

Excellent customer service from all the staff at Enterprise Eastlands Court. I loved the car and it was perfect for my needs. Thoroughly recommend them. Every member of the team was helpful and friendly. 10 stars!

Avoid the two Basingstoke branches of Enterprise at all costs. The manager James is the most incompetent and rude person I have ever dealt with and the other staff are even worse. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother using them.

I have used enterprise a few times. My motability vehicle often goes into the garage for various issues. I only have 1 car so I usually hire a car for a few days as people still have to get to work. Sam and Connor are very efficient and friendly, as are the rest of the team. Big mention for the guys in the background who clean and turn the cars around so quickly. Sam and Connor go around the car with you, check it over before you leave for any bumps or scratches and also on return of the vehicle. There prices are much better than Europcar and the guys bend over backwards to help. We have also hired a few wide based vans for moving house whenever we have needed to. They won't let any vehicle leave the yard if it is not up to code and never with an empty tank. Keep up the good work guys, see you soon.

I’ve been getting rental cars for both personal use and for work through this branch for years now and the service has always been professional. Shout out to James and the team for always providing a reliable service and for always being helpful when needed.
