Am delighted with the carpet and high quality service we have received from KO Carpets Johnston. All of our carpets have been purchased at their shop and very professionally fitted. In particular a huge thank you to the fitters who managed to get a very large heavy carpet to the third floor of our home and made an excellent job of fitting it. It's fabulous. Thank you so much.

Visited to enquire about stair carpet, after failing to find in Pembroke Dock.The showroom was empty, had two salesman available who asked us as to our requirements. We were informed that they may have some in their stock room. They said that the stockroom was due a stock take and rolls would be brought through for sale and to come back.We have made a second visit, which no one attended to us, which had the two sales men and a woman in store. We messaged them and have not had an answer so we took our business to Haverfordwest this week.A lovely looking store with large show room, quality carpets, it just felt a little impersonal.
