Magnum Taxis

Had one of their drivers drive so close, i couldn't even see his headlights, to the back of my car, along an isolated and icy, country road this morning on my way round my client route for work. Driver pulled up alongside, mouthed something agressively while giving me the finger. Clearly has no respect for other road users or the road conditions, so i certainly wouldn't expect him to care for his paying passengers.

We used to use this service often. Not anymore. My son sadly had a little accident in one of the taxis.The driver wanted to charge us £60 which i know is a thing. I would understand if it was a big mess or it was a drunk grown adult vomiting but it was a little kid.On top of it all when we complained the taxi driver has decided to claim we never paid the fare or fined us!I will never use this service again. Definitely NOT family friendly!Driver name was Barry! They claimed he never reported any mess but we literally helped him clean the mess (he had a roll of kitchen roll and a flash spray in his boot under the spare wheel mat).If the money all added up you can guess where that fine went! Back pocket!

Booked a taxi at least an hour and a half prior. Never showed up so I waited 10 minutes and phoned back to no answer.. phoned again multiple times and still no answer.

We recently stayed in Leven as we were attending a wedding at Pratis Barns. We booked taxis there and back with Magnum and were delighted with the service. We were notified when our taxis arrived to pick us up and the drivers were very friendly and welcoming. Great service, thank you.

Booked a taxi confirmed from St Andrews. Called 10 minutes after the time it was booked and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Eventually 45 minutes later we were told it might not turn up so we had to find another one.

Absolutely awful! Driver took the longest route possible to my destination and which cost me double what it would normally cost me, disgusting behaviour! Made me late for my work!! Not happy won’t be booking with you again.

Well after our booked Taxi didnt show up that we have been using for last 5mth. I won't name them. We phone up Magnum from the Minute we called service was friendly and she had a taxi to us within 10mins. The driver was pleasant,friendly. So we booked to come back with them also. Same driver really nice guy. So thank yous very much. Oh they were 80p cheaper than other ones. We be using yous again.

Perfect punctuality, safe driving, spacious vehicle, good price.

If I could give zero stars I would drivers have no consideration to other road users and drive like mad men
