I had an issue with my Lenovo hinge and I dealt with Sam and Allen. I was skeptical at first but these guys were incredibly kind, and very professional. They always answered my calls and questions straight away. The job was completed in the desired timeframe and pickup was very easy and smooth. No complaints. 10/10

My mac book pro had quite a few problems.Alan made the impossible happen! I am so grateful for his hard work and total honesty.He literally updates you with every detail possible to ensure he gets the best outcome. He also kept the laptop for extra 24 hours just to test it and make sure that it’s fully up and running.He is honestly amazing !!!! Thank you so much!!!

I went with Allen after reading all the great reviews about his work. I must say he didn't disappoint! Although it wasn't a simple process fixing my playstation he went the extra length to make sure he got it done for me in 24 hrs. Would definitely recommend.

I found the company fast and transparent as far as how they do things, sub contractors for specialist areas etc. My issue was the prices were incredible! I was quoted over £500 more for a job than I was able to get elsewhere with a much faster turnaround time.Disappointed because this would have been a more local option.

Allen was extremely helpful and successfully restored my computer when it wouldn't boot. He made himself available on the day (at the weekend) and turned around the repair really quickly at a fair price. He also provided me with some very useful insight into the computer and recommendations for the future. I am very grateful for his help as he saved alot of data that I thought I had lost! Highly recommended

I attempted to change my laptop battery, and failed miserably due to using the wrong equipment, and ended up ruining two of the screws! Allen came to the rescue and literally fixed everything in 20 minutes. He also tested the quality of the new battery for me just to make sure it was genuine! All in all very happy with his service!

I took my laptop for repair at very short notice. I explained what I thought was the problem and left it with Allen. He called me two hours later to say it was ready to be picked up. Allen described what he thought was the problem. His charges are very reasonable and he’s a nice guy also. I thoroughly recommend this service.

Allen repaired my HP laptop today at very short notice. It simply would not charge, he explained the issue and provided me with a new cable. I made an appointment and he fixed it while I waited. I would highly recommend Allen. He is polite, friendly and knows his job well.

Toke less than 1hr to fix my laptop and gave me an EU plug for free. Very reasonable price and friendly. Just to remind the workshop is located next to the Smokey barbers, a bit hard to find the first time, better call them upon arrival.
