Excellent helpful Staff that go the extra mile to get what you require, All well stocked nice and tidy, stock is at reasonable prices and it's just the best place to go for Office, Business, School, College Stationery and essentials. Great deals are always going on so it's really worth a visit!

Went to laminate a piece of paper that had high sentimental valueMember of staff burned the paper in the laminating machine. Absolutely disgusted when he shrugged his shoulders and said “sorry”The manager had zero compassion and casually said “Not much I can do other then refund your £1.50”DISGUSTED

I was astounded at the service I received from Roman's today when sending a parcel for DHL. The team members, Adam & Denise at the Blackburn store were incredible. They went way, way beyond all expectations to help me. If this is the general standard of customer care at this well known brand, I am immensely impressed at the standard of training. A brilliant experience.
