I bought a Citroen Dispatch from Chris. Within a week I had trouble with the clutch. I took it back to Chris and he apologised and said he would sort it. He did exactly what he said he would do and within a week he had replaced the clutch, along with some other freebies, and he didn't charge me a penny. Throughout the whole deal, Chris was helpful, friendly, and true to his word. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Recommended!

I was going to leave a 5 star review when I purchased my van from Chris but forgot. 6 weeks after purchase I had an issue which now leads me to leave a review.Chris was great from start to finish when purchasing the van. Unfortunately I can’t leave 6 stars for his response when I had an issue 6 weeks later. He was immediately responsive and the van was straight into his garage and sorted - no questions asked.Chris is a rare breed - he cares about his business and his reputation. I will be returning to him when I need a replacement or an upgrade on my van.

We needed a larger reliable van as our plant centre had outgrown our older vehicle. Chris was very helpful and let us test the vans with no pressure. Upfront with all the paperwork and history the van was as advertised.Nice clean site with off road parking even the toilet and office was spotless.Chris was very great and helped us tax the van online and met us after hrs for collecting,We love the rear view camera he organised for us nothing was to much trouble, this guy really cares about his customers.

Chris here is the top guy to buy a van from his vans are excellent and the service is far from your typical van dealer it’s service was something to shout about not only a great service but his staff and customers were great too.

I have just bought a car from Chris. From the very first contact, Chris was friendly and helpful. He held the car for me to see, allowed me to make my mind up without any preassure. He sorted out a couple of things, had the car serviced and it was ready on the day that he said it would be. He kept in contact with me as he said he would do. Well what can I say apart from buy from Bristol van centre. Chris and his guys reassured me after being messed around with a previous van from another dealership. They made the process the best it possibly could be from start to finish. From letting me know it had passed its mot and was serviced to sending me a full video of the van. It was delivered perfectly and very fast. If your going to buy a van you need to buy it from chris and his guys. If 10 stars was available to select I’d have selected 11. Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made, most appreciative of the lack of pushy sales tactics! Chris went above and beyond with a few small requests I had for the van even after the deal was done. Much better service than my previous main dealer enquires!
