Ezemove Ezelet

Been more than 23 days since contract finished and still haven’t gotten any update on the deposit return or deductions invoice. Keep telling us that they are waiting for landlord. They do not take account from the perspective of the tenant. As a student we are so tired of not being taken seriously. Some student tenants need their deposit to make payments for their bills. For my last house, got full deposit on the same day, our contract finished (obviously was not ezelet).

Friendly, professional and patient letting agents who are with you every step of the way! I would 100% recommend ezelet to all my friends and family! Ella, Donna and Jackie are absolutely AMAZING!!!!

Soon to leave our rented flat, been here for nearly 5 years and had faultless experience with the team from Ezelet from start to finish. Biggest thanks to Ross (I know he doesn’t work there anymore) and big thank you to Ella over the last few years as well. 5* well deserved!

I am currently looking at a few estate agents online. Ezemove were one that has ground floor accommodation suitable for me. However, there are still problems that some estate agents or landlords don't or won't accept those of us that are on housing benefits without a guarantor. I keep trying all the estate agents as much as possible. I may find a place soon.

This is my first time renting through Eze Let. Everything went so swimmingly from the video viewing right up until I picked the keys up. My main point of contact is Donna and she has been so helpful! If I have any problems or questions, she will never leave an e-mail for any longer than a few hours max. Very responsive and arranging the contractor to come out and fix any issues is all done within the same day. Definitely recommend :)

As an Executor with various properties to manage we have relied heavily upon Ezelet/Ezemove to deliver a professional and competent service in both the management and selling of part of the deceased Estate and would highly recommend their services in either department. They have kept us fully informed at all times allowing us to promptly deal with tenants concerns and requirements. We hold their services in high regard and therefore endorse the Company's efforts in the running of their business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE A STUDENT. I never once spoke to the landlord of the house i was trying to rent. The company demand extensive and instrusive information such as passports, utility bills and ID on both you and your guarantors which scared people off renting aswell as not being asked for by any independent private landlords, making finding tenants near impossible.At points I didn't know whether I should contact Ezelet or Homelet as so little information is provided in addition to a near £450 holding deposit on one such property. The process is overly complicated and for students a nightmare.

I’ve recently gone through the process of moving house and trying to rent a property, and having been really anxious about it, I couldn’t recommend Ezelet enough. The team were really professional and friendly in handling my queries, and Donna who handled the property viewing and referencing right down to moving me in, went above and beyond to make me feel reassured. She was incredibly helpful all the way along and I can’t thank her enough for all the support she has given me. ❤️

Been trying to rent a place, and i can't believe it takes 3 weeks to do this. It was also the referencing companies fault, Homelet.They would email me the same stupid questions over and over again that I do not have the answer for about my guarantors. They also have the nerve to email me saying that my referencing is outstanding and that I would have to chase them, even though i have been chasing them for a week. They don't even want to call you. Instead of doing the guarantor details first to see you are able to rent the flat, they will of course take the security deposit and send emails saying that your guarantor has failed, following with more stupid emails and then refusing to refund some deposit back for the complete waste of time and unprofessionalism.They can't even give me the contact details of a Manager so I can give a complaint.0 stars. that's all i can say.

Brilliant team. I never encountered any issues with Ezelet. They were always ready to help and i lived in my flat peacefully. The Landlord was also brilliant in ensuring things were fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend Ezelet. :)
