What can I say? My wife and I drove over 2hrs to the Bristol store to buy the last bits of her safety kit we needed. We were instantly welcomed as we entered the shop, and then allowed to browse freely without feeling pressured. The store had a few less items on the shelves than I expected for some reason but there was still plenty of choice. We browsed for a while and had a few nice interactions with the staff joking and having fun but staying professional all the time.We sought help from Fabrizio and he helped us narrow down our choices, get the right sizes and made sure everything we wanted was within our budget.Over all a great experience. And would return even just for the customer experience.

I visited the sports bike shop in Bristol today.I cannot praise them highly enough. No one is too pushy but available to help if required. Ralph looked after me. He had the patience of a saint. Everyone at the store has such a positive and friendly attitude. They are a real example of how to look after customers, whilst being friendly and engaging at the same time.Highly recommend that anyone interested in motorcycles or motorcycle clothing and kit visit to the store.

Fabricizo and his staff Spencer and Courtney were all super friendly when I was visiting to buy a new jacket/ trouser combo. I ordered some different models/ sizes into store and they let me try them on in my own time…offering advice as and when I needed it. Super relaxed sales style…not pressured or standing over your shoulder. Not used SBS before…definitely very impressed! Thanks guys….

My partner and I have been here a couple of times, we've both bought new jeans and gloves. On both occasions the manager (Fabrizio) was on hand to advise us and with his helpful advice we were able to pick what worked for us - Without him we'd have likely left empty handed.Tonnes of parking, reasonably easy to access, prices are the same online as in-store and they've got am amazing return policy (for unused items). Can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic service today from the Bristol team. We were there for ages (and so we're a few others) but they never faltered. They had a good amount of stuff on thr shop floor and more out back.Patient friendly and knowledgeable.A credit to the SBS chain

Visited the shop in Bristol today and please ignore my memory I believe his name was Codie, he kindly, professionally fitted my freecom 4x system to my full face helmet ⛑️ did a fabulous job and he and Spencer were completely friendly and very helpful. There was no charge even though I bought the system online...thankyou guys for a great service and I hope to see you guys with cookies next time me and the lads are in..Best wishes and kind regardsJase

My daughter and I were fully kitted out (Helmets, jackets, jeans , boots and gloves) in Bristol on 10/07/23. We were assisted by Spencer who was patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made sure we had what we needed and it all fitted correctly. 100% recommended and we will definitely use in the future.

I can't rate the staff highly enough. I've shopped here many times and I have never once left disappointed. The Bristol branch is now my go to because they really go out of their way to provide the best service they can. I highly recommend the folks at Bristol to any of my friends and fellow riders I meet as they are just ace. Courtney, Conner, Spencer just to name a few have all provided a great service to me. Top lads.

Bristol Outlet - Visited the Bristol outlet and we were greeted by Fabrizio. Super service!. Super Patient!. Very good understanding of customer needs. Felt we were provided a great service without feeling pushed to purchase. Tried on numerous shoes until I found what I was looking for. Spent over an hour in the store and left with Jacket, Trousers and some other bits. Highly recommended!.

I am a new rider and completely clueless with what kit I needed. I had a look around at at the Bristol store to see what I liked the look of and then Fabrizio came over to see me. What happened next was pretty much a personal shopping experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Fabrizio and I left the store with everything I needed and a smile on my face.
