I thought I'd already left a reveiw but PC is playing up, we drove from Portsmouth area to look at VW Beetle at Xclusive Xports. We spoke to Chris a few times before visiting, Car is in fantastic condition and is a 2008 plate. My husband took it for a test drive with Chris who was really helpful and had good knowledge of the car. We bought it and were impressed that it was exactly as described, 3 weeks later, lovely to drive, many people have commented on how lovely she is and what fantastic condition. All paperwork and service history were given to us, along with 2 keys wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and Xclusive Xports

I bought a 4 year old XF Sportbrake from Chris at the beginning of the year. It was so low mileage that I was deeply suspicious, and there were some minor cosmetic issues, but after a decent test drive on fast roads I was convinced. Soon after I took it away, it became apparent that it suffered from a common engine fan issue that should have been fixed under warranty by the previous owner, who may not have even encountered it due to lack of time behind the wheel. I took it back to Chris who got it fixed locally with no quibbles and provided a courtesy car for the interim. Since then we've driven to the south of France and back with no issues, and it really is a fabulous car. I got a reasonable (but not great) trade-in price for my gorgeous old diesel XF too. If looking again I'd definitely think of asking Chris what he's got in stock, but hoping to keep this one for a few more years...

Sold our car to Chris and was a great transaction. Chris contacted us about the car and then paid a £300 deposit, I then delivered the car to him a couple of days later as I was going to be in the area buying a different car. Having seen a Fiesta ST-3 at Xclusive Xports and read the good reviews , we decided to view the car. Chris was happy to oblige even though it was the bank holiday weekend and we rang at short notice.We found Chris honest, straight talking and very easy to deal with, not pushy like other dealerships.He offered us a fair p/x on our old car and agreed to sort out a few minor repairs on the new car. We were kept up to date with progress by phone & text during the week.When we went to collect the car the following weekend all the repairs had been done as agreed and we felt really happy with our purchase & the service we'd received.Thoroughly recommend Xclusive Xports and would definitely buy from them again.
