Amazing little shop run by lovely people. The owner was incredibly helpful in assisting me when I was trying to describe a rather niche item I'd seen in store a few weeks earlier. She even attempted to see if it would be restocked for me and offered alternatives. Overall incredible service and a really good atmosphere for any kpop fans!

I buy one mystery bag, and was completely worth it.They were so nice when I ask if they have a gg bag, and they told me to personalise it. They ask me what was my fav gg, and I said all, and give me a bag of twice.They are all so so nice, the shop is amazing, they have a cafeteria and also Kpop store.I came to Spain to London, and ask my parents to go to Nottingham on purpose for visiting the store, and I'm so glad of have done it.For 40 pounds I get all this and I'm so happy, as it was my birthday present.Thank you so much for everything, If I go back to United Kingdom someday, I will come back to the store for sure.

Best place to grab your kpop album! They do preorders and have a lot of selections in stock as well! They probably have most of your favorite group. Also special events for Kpop fans to trade cards, celebrations.

PKL had a free kimbap popup" on sunday

The drinks are delicious and staff are friendly. I ordered 2 bubble teas, korean banana and bunnies, to take away today but one of them was wrong. I asked for tapioca with my bunnies and it didn’t come with any and there were no marshmallows on top. I think the staff should pay closer attention to the order and customers. Regardless, they’re very friendly and welcoming.

Such a cute place to go, everyone there is super friendly; and I bet almost 100% they'll have what you're looking for- even preorders!! Their food and boba is also really good!! <3
