HIKS PADDLEBOARDS
I noticed an issue with the first inflation of my board when testing it on the water. I’ve tried numerous ways of contacting Hiks to have my board exchanged, and I feel I’m being ignored. We went with Hiks because we had seen that their customer service was meant to be good, and they responded quickly and efficiently. So far, that doesn’t appear to be the case for us. Very disappointed.

I cannot recommend HIKS highly enough. Bought a board through Amazon which, despite the info online, turned out to be too small for me or my teenage sons to use. An email to HIKS was responded to immediately with the offer of an exchange and advice on the most appropriate board for us. One phonecall later and a replacement board arrived the next day with old one collected. Amazing service and the new board is perfect, we've already used it on the sea and had a great time. Elliot from HIKS told me that they love paddle boarding and want all their customers to enjoy it too; that's obvious from the extra miles they are prepared to go.

Amazing board. Really quick and easy to set up. (Less than 10 minutes) Love the way it all fits into a decent rucksack comfortably and with no problem.As a beginner, It took a couple of hours to get stable on it but, now, it's such a breeze to ride.As it was a present, I wouldn't be able to comment on the price, but it does everything it needs to and really well. The Aztec type design just looks so awesome.It's designed for the customer not as an advert for the maker.

Quick delivery of the paddle board, unfortunately we had a minor issues on day 1 out of the box with the bag, day 3 we had an issue with the pump, full credit to Elliot & the team for resolving these issues immediately and posting them to our holiday home too, the family and Bodhi the dog love the Hiks paddle board.

HIKS PADDLEBOARDS
Purchased a Hiks Paddleboard last year. Best money I ever spent my money on. Used my board nearly everyday in the summer and braved in the winter when the sea wasn’t too rough. I enjoyed my board so much some of my friends purchased identical boards.I found it a great investment for myself as I am now active most days and when I am out on the sea I am not spending money on food and drink in the pub. Highly recommend if you are looking for a change in your lifestyle

HIKS Paddleboards are brilliant!!I have had mine less than a year now and have been out on it countless of times because they are so easy to use and transport.When it takes less then 10minutes to unpack, inflate and head out on the water, going for quick paddle after work can be easily achieved.The 10'6 board is very stable

HIKS PADDLEBOARDS
Had terrible experience with HIKS, order placed on Friday, paid extra for quick delivery for my sons brithday and by the Wednesday neither HIKS nor DHL know who has the board and I've receiving no feedback about what's happened. Sent numerous emails with no response and called HIKS and got no answer. Will be looking for a refund, buyers beware.

HIKS PADDLEBOARDS
My husband bought me one of HIKS Paddleboards for my birthday this year. Well I say for me as my husband and my two sons loved it as much I did so we had to go and buy a second one so we could all enjoy it together. The boards are very sturdy, great for practising on and good value for money. We were also pleased with how easy it was to travel with them as they come in a large bag which can be easily stored or transported. We took ours away with us on many occasions. I'd really recommend this product and HIKS too as they provide a great service.

I spoke to Elliott for advice on what board to get as a complete beginner. The knowledge was second to none, the customer service standards are impeccable. After placing the order I was emailed when it would be delivered, a set back with the import of the boards meant a delay, email from Hiks keeping me fully informed and the board was delivered as promised with a little thank you gift in. The board and equipment is of a really high quality, the build quality is so good and the price was really competitive.Can’t wait to get it on the water but I would defo recommend Hiks to anyone wanting info on paddle boarding.
