I've been a customer for 2 years now. Shop has a relaxing vibe to it. Honestly, modest and the most friendly vape shop in whole Bristol. Special thanks to a member of staff, Marie, for sorting out my vapes.

An up to date vape shop with an old school feel. The staff are experienced vapers themselves so are able to help with any question that may arise and go out of their way to make sure customers have a great experience. Always up to date with the newest products and also carries a selection of rdas and high quality mech mods which are getting harder to find nowadays.Overall this is the best vape shop I have found in Bristol.I would highly encourage people to go and visit as you are getting a higher quality service than you will find anywhere else.

I ordered some bits from these guys TWO HOURS ago and it's just been delivered... What sort of sorcery is this?? Amazing service in these lockdown times. I have used The Cloud Cellar many times before and the fact that they are going above and beyond to deliver to their local customers doesn't surprise me one bit. I've always had top class service- from upgrading my mods, to buying consumables and juice- the advice and time they give you is brilliant. A repeat customer again and again! THANK YOU!

I have been buying all my vape products from The Cloud Cellar for around a year. Every time I have been in there I have found the customer service has been out of this world!Before today I didn't know the name of the man who has always given me a 5 star service, his name is Tony.I bought a new tank and a few liquids on Friday online, I only live 5 minutes drive from the shop so didn't ask for delivery. I have been to the shop twice this week and they have been closed, so I called the shop this morning and Tony explain because of covid they are only open 4 hours a day and because of my working hours I am unable to get there. Tony delivered my products to my house and text me a very polite and friendly message saying where he had hidden them.I would 110% recommend this amazing vape shop to anyone, the customer services is second to none.I would also like to add that the lady who works in the shop (Sorry I don't know her name) is one of the most polite people I've ever met, ever experience I've had with her and Tony has been amazing, these people can't do enough to help you.This is a perfect example of how you should treat customers and I hope they expand and make a fortune!
