Nice spot for nature’s walk. I’d suggest an early morning one. It gets busier during the day in summer.

Nice walk in the forest by the river rivelin. 27 degrees today. lots of youths were bathing on the rock pools. Lots of dog walkers.

Trail was lovely, came with the kids and they loved it, if we were better prepared we would've brought their wellies so they could splash through the water more but we all had a lovely time. I'm definitely gonna bring my dog back here as he would love it. The only problem with the place, is finding parking. There is a small car park which is free but you'd have to come early or late to get a space, there are spaces along road sides if you're willing to walk a while but yea I'll defo be coming back here again in the summet

Beautiful walk following the river, with a small car park which is free and plenty of picnic benches along the path. There is also a spot for wild swimming so perfect for a sunny day.
