Have used this company several times over last couple of years. Richard and his team have always delivered an excellent service, competitive pricing and a job well done.Tom in particular was extremely friendly, helpful and provided great customer service. Would highly recommend EBS to everyone.

Having recently moved to Essex, I had the Essex Boiler Specialists Company recommended to me & what a brilliant recommendation. They are without doubt one of the most professional & supportive companies I have ever had to deal with. Richard, the owner is a credit to his trade, in an era of ‘sharp practices’ he is supportive, honest & helpful. He in turn employs staff who are equally so. Dan & Tom were fantastic, nothing was two much trouble & over the three days they worked with me they kept me fully informed with what they were doing which gave me an insight into what to expect going forward with my boiler conversion. In the office I could & did refer back to Hannah who is a great front of house advert for the company. She was always so kind & helpful. A company is only as good as it’s people & this company can certainly be rated excellent. I will be dealing with Essex Boiler Specialists on going & I feel very secure in doing so.

We were recommend to Essex Boiler Services when we were let down by another plumber, Richard attended the next day to give us a quote for some plumbing work, he was on time and very professional. We accepted his very reasonable quote and a date was made for the work. The work was completed professionally & efficiently by Richard and a colleague and they left my property clean, you wouldn't know that they had even been there!I will be using them again soon as I've got some other work that needs completing.

He was able to come out and give us a quote quickly, and he was able to schedule the installation within a few days.
