Wareham Forest Tourist Park
Peaceful tree lined site, well spaced with everything close to hand. Very helpful staff and handy shop on site. Shower and toilet blokes cleaned regularly, plenty of hot water and ample washing up spaces.Allocated space for motorhome fresh water filling and grey wast disposal as well as a bike washing area. Heated outdoor pool with a separate toddlers pool.Bus service 4 times a day to Swanage where you can get buses to most of the coast.Alk in all, a very comfortable stay.

We've been coming to Wareham Forest Tourist Park for years off-season but ventured there during the school holidays. We shouldn't have been concerned - although the Park was busier, the ample grounds and facilities made it still the pleasure we normally find it. Our dogs love the secure walking field and the shower blocks are always 5*. And a special mention to Nikki and the crew in the shop and office - nothing is too much problem for them.

I only stayed for 2 nights here with my Granny here but i really loved the campsite and it was an enjoyable experience! I stayed in a Mazda Bongo, fairly small but big enough to live in for a few days! I really liked the fact that they let us stay here for 2 nights during the hight of the season! Great campsite, fun walks in the forest, Super fun warm pool with nice and hot showers! They aslo have a shop and you could hire table tennis there! There is a bit of a busy road by the site but that didnt bother me so much! There is a north and south toilets with laundry and dishwashing room! The bus comes to the site to take people to wareham and swanage. Every wednesday and burger van comes and every thursday a pizza van comes, lots of others come too! Overall a great campsite and would highly recommend! 5 Stars from me!!!

Very nice campsite. Grounds are well kept. Well stocked shop. Toilet blocks are kept very clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Lots of grounds to walk in together with walks in Wareham Forest although walk to nearest pub is a long way. Children's play area. Dogs are welcome. Outdoor pool in summer. Only reason not given 5 stars is due to noise from a road which runs adjacent to site. May not be a problem if your pitch is situated further away.

A well kept, very pleasant campsite with nice woodland walks. Nice large pitches with a large number of seasonal caravans. Lovely trees and flower beds. Facilities fine. A great place if you want to travel to the coast. We personally like walking from the site, and there are lots of walks across the health, but not sure ‘Forest’ is quite the right description as trees can be a little sparse! Nice area to explore

We have stayed at this site numerous times over many years. This most recent period was to enable us to move house which we have now done. This is a superb site with excellent facilities and extremely helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks.Lin and Steve Arrowsmith

We had a lovely week at Wareham Forest Tourist Park, the area around is amazing we have 3 dogs the forest is lovely to walk. There is only one toilet block which I thought was quite way from our caravan, thank goodness we had a fully service pitch. Lovely shop for essentials and many extras. A mobile van most nights with different meals. Also a play area for the youngsters.

Fantastic campsite for families, we have 3 young boys and they loved it. Heated pool was a massive hit.Pitches are all well maintained (we had fully serviced), the toilet block was always very clean, take away food options in the evenings were a bonus, staff are very friendly. Not quite 5 stars for a couple of reasons:There are only 2 toilet blocks and they are at the front of the site, so can be bit of a walk for some of the pitches (I noted some people driving to the block in the morning). There are a lot of seasonal pitches and whilst everyone was friendly it felt a little cliquey.Despite clear posting that dogs were not allowed in the pool area, it seemed that there were always people with dogs sat around the pool and the staff seemed to turn a blind eye.The negatives are minor and we will be back, this really is a great campsite.

Just fantastic. We came because of the pool. Which was nice and warm and even in the middle of summer wasn't overcrowded. We loved the different food trucks coming to the site. And the staff were really friendly. We'll be back next year
