Parkside - Volvo Cars Orpington

Had a major servicing today at Volvo Parkside (costing over £600). Was told the service will be closed at 1230. They do no wash on SATURDAYS (wish they had told me when I booked the appointment). Collected the car to realise that car was in a state I had left it. Not hovered. A washer fluid unopened inside the car but charged for.What was the most annoying part was they mentioned in the receipt they cleaned & hoovered my car for free of charge.Volvo service promise which includes cleaning car inside and out which I was robbed off.Appalling service. Never coming back here. I will make a formal complaint.

My old car broke down and was starting to be a little unreliable. Not a Volvo I must add. I spoke to Ben in sales. He had introduced me to what was available out of their selection of V90s he turned it around quickly (within a week) with good communication throughout.Fantastic service and first class sales from Ben. We visited the Parkside Orpington branch last Sunday, where we were assisted by Les. He was very patient, friendly and helpful in addressing our enquiries regarding the XC40 and took time to accompany us on a test drive.Les also dedicated time to discuss each of the available trims, packages and specs and Volvo's payment options, providing us with clear and amicable guidance. Best customer experience from a brilliant team..I’ve got my car serviced once here and just had a fault with my display panel which also got resolved quickly. Both times the service team has been amazing and special mention to the superhero Emma..

I've had my Volvo serviced here for the last 18 years and have been very satisfied with the service. Service staff are super friendly. I can recommend service while you wait. Service and MoT done in 2-3 hours and Orpington high street is only 20 mins walk away if you get tired of surfing the Web on the free WiFi.

I've had multiple encounters with Volvo Parkside dealership, and unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Initially, I reached out regarding a recall, and later, I needed an extra set of keys for a car I was considering purchasing. However, each time I've dealt with them, they failed to follow through on their promises.The most frustrating aspect has been the lack of communication. Despite several attempts to get updates, they never seem to have my email on record, and callbacks are non-existent. This raises serious concerns about how they handle and secure personal data.What adds to the frustration is the absence of confirmation or callbacks, leaving me in the dark about the status of my requests. It's clear that reliability is a significant issue at this dealership.I feel compelled to share my experience to alert others. If you value timely and effective communication, I strongly recommend considering alternatives to Volvo Parkside. This has been a consistently unreliable and disappointing experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a Volvo XC40 from Ben, the experience from start to finish was perfect and he even went over and above for us.

Great customer service. They were able to remedy an issue with my Polestar within an hour that Polestar were not able to resolve despite taking my car away and having it for a number of weeks.

Attended this Volvo dealership on friday 8th Decemeber with a view to purchasing a Top Box and roof bars for my XC40 that I had previously purchased.Again I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and offered coffee and a seat whilst wainig for Ashley who was to supervise the installation of the Accessorie.I had previously met with Ashley when I collected the car some weeks earlier. He is polite, informative and knowledgeable. He dealt with the explanation of the controls and instruments in the car before I drove away on that occasion. He is a man who knows his cars and answered all my questions.With regards to the Roof Box and Rails, he was again informative and took his time to show me how to both install and remove the top box and rails.Throughly professional, very understanding.Credit to the company.Thanks.

I’ve been using Volvo in Orpington for around 15 years now and have always been really happy with their service. Particularly the service department. They always go out of their way to go the extra mile.
