AVOID….. would've been zero stars but unable to add a review. Their supposed guarantee is worth nothing. Despite giving a 10-year guarantee for workmanship, when we contacted Daryl (the owner) upon discovering the leak he & his team had ‘resolved’ was still leaking, he initially tentatively arranged to re-visit but, after failing to show up, then ignored all repeated attempts on our part to communicate. Daryl failed to reply to any of our numerous ‘phone calls, emails, texts & WhatsApps (which we know he read) to either rectify the leak or refund us the cost of his work – as is our right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.ALSO NOTE: This company has already had their Private Limited Company status dissolved due to non-compliance of their tax affairs with HMRC.
