7G Mobile Phone Repair and Vape Store

Usually supportive of independent high street stores but really awful experience at this store. Would never in a million years consider going back for anything mobile phone related.

Avoid it!Service shocking, they take your money and don't provide a service unless you chase them. They ''fixed'' my phone screen but now I have an issue with the phone - can't make calls, don't have network coverage and can't hear when I am able to make a call. The manager is arrogant and keeps finding excuses. No compensation offered when service was delayed; all the manager keeps saying that I need to be more understanding as he has no staff, short of staff etc. Unbelievable treatment!!!

Owner recommended a vape liquid so bought it and it tasted like nothing. Wish I could get a refund but I don't think I can

I ordered something yet no call back was made as agreed and no details of my order were in store when l returned. They won't last long with this level of service
