I've been going to Kay for my braids since April 2021, although I travel around I still keep in contact for my braids appointment. Her work is amazing but with detail and care, she is always offering her professional opinions on hair tips and styling, which is greatly appreciated. I feel comfortable in her presence and think she's doing fabulous with her business. I recommend using Big Hair Crush's services!

I have used this salon for a while now and I won't be going anywhere else. The professionalism/Time management that is carried out is great. I am always happy with my hair and Nails no matter what but if I ever have any problems it gets sorted out before I leave the shop. I want to thank Kai for always slaying my hair and being kind and awesome whilst doing so. She is the only hair stylist I go to because she is so easy to get along with, highly educated on natural hair and is super creative. Plus her braids are not tight as I am tenderheaded.I booked a protein hair treatment and creative braids and I am so ecstatic with my hair. The protein treatment I received instantly transformed my damaged hair. It is so soft and manageable. It feels amazing! The creative braids speak for itself. Chaela did an excellent job with my twists. She took her time and made sure that my hair was neatly parted and properly styled.
