Excellent experience. Took my mother down to pick a new fireplace. Was a very friendly and no pressure situation. A fireplace was picked and we were told all the facts, we were unsure of the price so said thanks and left. Took a visit to another place and that just confirmed that we should have stuck to Dohertys. Rang him straight off and the communication has been fantastic. They called up to measure and fitted it very quickly. All in all a great service and product. Will recommend.
