Believe In Magic Dog Training & Behaviour

We used Believe in Magic to help us get some essential training with our puppy Maisie. As first time dog owners, with a very energetic breed, we wanted to get on top of negative behaviours early on and learn how to read and understand her. Erin was absolutely amazing, she was so warm and friendly and knowledgable and we made such great progress with Maisie that we’re continuing to build on. We had a few moments, prior to training, where we wondered had we made a mistake or if we were cut out to manage such an energetic dog, but Erin helped us build a some basic skills that gave us the confidence boost we needed and our relationship with Maisie is incredible and life is now how we imagined it when we decided to get a dog. I highly recommend Believe in Magic and we will certainly look to do more in the future as required. Thanks Erin!

Eryn and her team are just fantastic. Poppy and I have attended group classes and had some 121 sessions and I highly recommend.Eryn's knowledge and passion shine through and she has a lovely way of communicating with both humans and dogs!We have a busy household and two young children and Eryn completely gets it and her training and behaviour management advice always factors in not just what is needed for Poppy but what is manageable and attainable for me.Eryn has helped us immensely and she is always my go to with anything pooch related. Poppy and I are both very glad we found Believe in Magic!

Eryn has been 'training me' for about a year now and my 2 year old Briard is very pleased with how I am coming along! In all seriousness, Eryn has built a team around her who work with dog owners/guardians to bring out the best in their dogs and enjoy every stage of their development. Eryn's style is to get you totally engaged in having some fun with your dog whilst learning what they are most likely to respond well too. If you're looking to work with someone who is generous with her knowledge - yet non preachy - I can't recommend her enough.

We adopted a rescue dog from Battersea in January 2019, and soon after started training with Eryn, first privately and afterwards attending group classes. Her business name is apt as she truly works magic on her clients - she is amazing at instilling the confidence dog guardians need to have a better understanding of their dogs, consequently becoming better guardians. It’s December 2020 now and we’re still doing classes with Eryn, and have no intention of stopping as it’s been such a great experience for us and our dog. We’d thoroughly recommend her to anyone!

We have done two months of Eryn's separation anxiety online classes and also a one to one session. What has shone through throughout these sessions is Eryn's absolute passion for helping your dog based on their individual needs. This was most clearly shown when Eryn supported us through tricky vet conversations and medication issues when we were feeling completely lost at sea. Our dog Stanley will also be forever grateful to Eryn for introducing the cheese sniffing game into his walks! If you want non-judgemental, expert support from someone who cares about your dog as much as you do, then Eryn is the trainer and behaviourist for you :)

Eryn is the most wonderful dog trainer! She amazes me every time we meet with the amount of knowledge she has about all things dog - it is truly astounding. She is a positive reinforcement trainer that proves every time that it's possible to work with a puppy, older dog, or even a dog with a tricky behavioural issues, with these kinder methods. She will certainly help you build a better relationship based on trust and mutual respect with your dog. Eryn holds puppy classes and follow classes where clients make such strides every time, that you can see they leave amazed at what they and their dog achieved! Eryn will go out of her way to help people, she has the kindest heart and dogs know it - they love her! I have been incredibly lucky to have Eryn as my mentor, via the Victoria Stilwell Academy, as I learn to become a dog trainer. If I could be half as good as Eryn I would feel very accomplished! I highly recommend her services - it is worth the extra travel!

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Believe In Magic and Erin. Erin and the team really care about both you and your puppy and helping you navigate the uncertain, and slightly scary, world of a new puppy. Erin makes you feel more relaxed and provides you with the assurance that you're not failing! Importantly she is so positive about being able to train everyone and every puppy....it's never too late to make a difference or a change. Even in the group classes Erin will focus on you and your puppy and help you with your specific challenges or concerns. The new online approach works brilliantly and is not a second rate option to meeting face to face. I am so much more relaxed and confident now thanks to Erin :-). What makes her so special is that this is more than just a business to Erin. She genuinely cares and that's what makes her so special and such a success.

I cannot recommend Eryn and Mary enough, we have had 1 2 1 training and puppy classes with Eryn since getting our rescue collie-cross Ned from Romania. To be honest taken on any rescue animal is a wonderful thing, they will all naturally have some challenges they need to overcome. The fabulous thing about Eryn, she does not just focus on your dog but also on you and your approach and your ability to read and understand your dog…we will be forever thankful to Eryn for helping both Ned and ourselves to grow confident and happy together.

We were looking for a puppy training class at the start of lockdown and we were so lucky to find Eryn. Her online class was a lifesaver as it meant we didn’t have to wait until our puppy was vaccinated and allowed outdoors in order to start her training. She learnt so much across the sessions and so did we. Eryn is a fantastic trainer and was so thoughtful and helpful; she was always happy to help us with any issues we were having outside of our weekly classes, and we honestly would’ve been lost without her and her fabulous team!
