Absolute shambles of a company to deal with, rude and obnoxious staff! Steer clear!

I ordered a single bed and 'spring memory foam mattress', the same type of mattress I have on my bed.. which is a good quality mattress, I didn't open it for a while as I have to get rid of my daughters old bed as we were moving house. the mattress came shrink wrapped so didn't know how awful it was until I opened it. when you sit on it your bum actually touches the slats on the bed. If there was any memory foam in there it must be about 5mm thick...I wasn't told it was this loose, it feels like an old really cheap just spring mattress. I rang up and complained yet I got told 'its a cheap mattress so it won't be good' basically. I wasn't advised of any firmness or what the mattress was like before I bought it. It came as a bundle and obviously they're putting the cheapest most awful ones in there. I got told I can't send it back due to hygiene reasons.. my little girl is 4 and has slept in it twice, now I will have to buy her a better mattress and be out of pocket! AVOID!SIDE NOTE... awful customer service... i originally e-mailed which was ignored, then rang up and got told they would ring me back... and didn't! only on my third attempt did I get to speak to someone!

sadly no option to not leave a star as personally i would not have given any stars at all.Terrible from start to finish, items sent were either damaged or the wrong parts entirely, tried to resolve with their customer service" department but only go through to a child as no manager was available

Terrible experience through Amazon service. When I asked for the refund seller immediately called me and proposed a refund but ask to close the refund claim. Pretending to be friendly and compassionate, he closed the way I can ask for the return. Do NOT BUY THERE - primarily through the Internet.

Absolutely disgusting company. Terrible customer service. Refuse to talk to me or give me a refund. Took three days off work for only delivered half a bed. Bought through Amazon and now company i just not replying to them either!

Product is defective. DO NOT BUY. They can’t make pieces the right size, there is a 1cm gap (large) between the two doors, everything has been assembled correctly. Waste of 4 hours building this.

I brought a 6 draw chest of draws. The instructions weren't very informative. They were very confusing. Not happy with the product at all.

THE WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Ordered 2 wardrobes costing £792.48. When 2 people (as per instructions) we’re trying to assemble to corner wardrobe the chip board was moist and this meant that the screws were snapping out the fixtures and the so called “white high gloss” was chipping off like nail polish. Contacted the seller immediately who was adamant that it was our fault and refused to accept the return. They kept referencing “2 man job”! First of all it’s 2022 it should be “2 person job” and after explaining there was 2 women assembling the item they proceeded with they wouldn’t refund the items as it was our fault. Ended up getting in touch with EBay to assist. Ebay told the company they had to come and collect the items as they were indeed faulty and poor quality and didn’t meet the consumer rights act of 2015. They said I was to be issued a FULL refund. The seller then had the cheek to not only be extremely rude about collecting and the fact I’d had to open a case but then only partially refunded (less then half the price of both items combined) as they couldn’t resell them. The L shaped wardrobe hadn’t even been opened and the corner one was faulty so couldn’t be resold!!!Finally got a full refund through EBay and left my feed back and the company had the cheek to have my feedback removed so here I am making it public to warn others DO NOT BUY from this company it’s poor quality goods and they are awful to deal with. Wish I could attach pictures of the items and the state they were in and also the sellers attitude. Save your money time and patience and shop elsewhere! Would give it 0 stars if it was an option.

Do not buy from these, ordered wardrobe , really poor quality and collapsed, said would refund , arranged the return to his advantage then denied having it back to get the case closed , rips you off
