Don't know if we just got unlucky based on the other reviews, but all staff we interacted with were extremely rude and showed zero empathy.Attended the minor injuries clinic, receptionist was rude, triage nurse was rude and also made remarks about why we were here and thought painkillers are the answer to everything. Then finally the doctor we saw was just as rude, condescending and clueless.Waited 2 hours for a leaflet and for the doctor to say and I quote put heat on it or ice

I went to the Minor Injury Unit for a toe sprain which turned out to be a fracture. Everyone was really nice and professional. I was seen and diagnosed quickly. I was grateful to be able to access good quality healthcare without an appointment.

Had a lump removed at the dermatology clinic. Best Hospital ive been to in the UK. Amazing consultant and staff. Went above and beyond. Really a genuine 5 stars review. I couldn't attend the last appointment due to a major work issue (I cancelled I did ;)) which I regret a I wanted to say thank you ever so much. Ill say it here.

This a community hospital. It doesn't have an accident and emergency. It does have a minor injuries unit, x-ray department, physiotherapy department, and a few others. They also carry out some surgical procedures. Staff are polite and helpful. Treatment is good. Waits can be relatively long.

Attended the minor injuries unit today with my husband who had injured his arm. Yes there was a bit of a wait, which we expected. The receptionist was friendly. The member of staff who saw us was exceptional. He was very kind and patient towards my husband, very caring nature. They were short staffed, but just carried on caring for their patients..we are so lucky to have them..thank you all.

I attended the day unit on 3.8.23 for a radio frequency ablation, and found the staff excellent. The care and treatment was second to none, I cannot praise them enough. Rosemary Barrett, Norfolk.

Had surgery with Graham strong booked for Friday the 8th of December we drove the 2.5 hour journey and arrived an hour early only to be told on arrival that all surgery for the day had now been cancelled. Would have been nice to have phoned call or an email to actually tell us surgery had been cancelled that day. Also the hospital currently resembles what can only be described at a building site very noisy, mud and dirt everywhere, definitely not where you’d want to be having an operation.

Yesterday I visited Monor Injury Unit as my foot was still swollen. I was seen by lovely lady called Emma. She examined my foot and sent me for x-ray. It showed additional fracture on my ankle. She provided me with a boot to keep my foot restrained. I couldn't have wished for better service". Starting with the main reception

We are at present waiting for my granddaughter to be seen in minor injuries. I have never experienced such an awful reception. I’m not too sure how the nhs have actually employed them?? The reception nurse wasn’t much better!! Very rude people. She is in pain and I have been told to wait in my car!! Shocking. This is not a hospital to use, steer clear. 11.15 am 20/10/23. Very disappointing.

I was referred to this hospital by the 111 service. Mark Wilson, a paramedic, was incredibly condescending to me. When I mentioned the location of my pain as the top of the descending colon
