Coffee machine closes half an hour early to be cleaned. Staff wouldn't even look at me to tell me it was being cleaned when I asked. Manager called, wasn't at all interested when one of the staff was laughing openly at me with my concerns. This is not a Waitrose I will be visiting again.

Please don’t go to Waitrose Nailsea for the ‘Hot drink and Cake’ offer in the afternoon. When we went yesterday there was one piece of cake left and it was all broken up. We asked if that was all they had to offer and we were told ‘yes’. Not what we expect from Waitrose. We left and went to Coffee #1

Lovely store, kept neat and tidy. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great selection of products. Excellent quality food and items. Easy self scan machines and area. Everything is stocked up well and easy to find. Definitely recommend :)

Waitrose supermarkets are generally very good and the branch in Nailsea is no exception. The food quality on sale is fine and there's plenty of choice. There's a brightly lit cafe and customer toilets are available. A large free car park is a particular asset. Staff are normally friendly and helpful. There is an ATM on the outside front wall accessible 24/7.

I’m not saying all the staff are rude. But the ones that work on the self service tills are. This is the forth visit in a row and every time the staff have been rude, sarcastic and impatient. It could well be that the store is understaffed and staff are under paid. But as a customer and the values that Waitrose uphold as a company, this isn’t what they promote. Real shame.

My favourite, Waitrose. one of the best, and a narrow second to Waitrose Monmouth for the range and display of goods. Also, it probably has a better wine department than any other and nowcwith 25% discount on some wines.

Waitrose is always a pleasurable shopping experience, Staff helpful, merchandise of a very high standard, and a really good choice available. Tempting treats and different range of goods( for example, fruits/veg) which I cannot resist! Also , there is a very good cafe!

Very good store and clean very friendly staff. Staff will help you if you cannot find whet you want. Check out iis good. Self service is very good.The sandwiches and sausage rolls I ordered for a party were very good
