Online ordering process was simple and easy to use, great range of materials on the website and simple process to build my basket up.Delivery was quick, better than i expected and the driver was friendly and helpful.Competitive pricing and great service just means i can focus on getting my project built rather than running around for supplies.

Prices are much cheaper than the big sheds, ordering online was a doddle and the help from Ian on the phone ( to resolve a mistake on my part ) was brill.I was reassured I'd receive a phone call an hour before delivery. I understood it was a kerbside drop off and as we are 6 houses away from the road, I needed to be around. I was told the driver would help with getting the timber up the path anyway. I wasn't in, I didn't receive a call beforehand and the driver argued with my other half, insisting he was dumping over 200 quids worth of timber on the roadside. She rang me and as I was less than 5 minutes away, she demanded he wait. I made it back to find a very impatient and unimpressed driver.It'll look at ordering elsewhere in future. I have used other merchants before and have had either an advance call / text or a specified drop off time.

Having placed two orders with SV Timber, I've received second-to-none service. The second order service was exceptional particularly from Adrian, going above and beyond to resolve an issue that wasn't their fault in the first place. Highly recommended and the wood is fantastic. *****

SV have provided excellent service, their delivery drivers have been so very accommodating with dropping things off for my elderly parents, making my life so much easier when being 130 miles away. I get a call to say they have arrived, they check where I want the delivery placed and there is nil impact on my parents. Superb!

I purchased some trex composite decking July 2023, spoke to Faye one of the team at SV timber, really good talked me into the products I purchased, they where not the cheapest but Faye gave me confidence that this system was what I needed for the quality, durability etc, everything was really smooth delivered on time no issues, driver who dropped off was helpful pleasant, the over all experience was extremely good I would recommend anyone to call them, they tick all the boxes. The trex system cuts really clean, really good quality, looks amazing down, used a £200 chop saw with a 42 toothed blade gives a really clean cut, the boards move where you want them to and the fitting kits which are supplied are amazing, did 25 sq meters with a boarder in a day with really professional results, looks really rich, just exactly what I wanted.

Have purchased garden and landscaping timber from SV Timber a number of times over the past few years. Their customer service is friendly, prices very competitive compared to other local suppliers, and then factor in quick, free delivery on top, then its a no-brainer.Now i don't even bother to get quotes from alternative suppliers, knowing I'll get a better and cheaper delivery here than elsewhere.
