We Live in Norwich and came across Rowallan by pure luck, we are purchasing a flat in Newmilns and it has Damp issues.The property was surveyed and recommended solution was in my in box before I knew it.I would highly recommend them, it’s a pity other contractors aren’t so professional.

I had a damp problem which was very worrying, I contacted rowallan and within 2 days the surveyor was here and it wasn't as bad as I thought, very relieved, he advised me on solutions to the problem. From first contact to the survey being carried out, it was an excellent experience very professional and would recommend to anyone.
