ran into trouble on the M4 a few miles from PC Autocare who were great. Fitted me in despite the short notice and were able to diagnose and fix the fault with my Mini cooper S the same day! got me right out of trouble, kept me well informed and did a great job of the car which is now running very nicely. They even washed it, picked it up looking fantastic. Very pleased with both service and results.

PC Autocare were recommended by a friend. I have owned many cars in several countries but have never come across such fantastic service. The pick up and delivery is really appreciated. Their customer care, professional service and knowledge of prestige cars is second to none. I admit to being a bit of a perfectionist when it come to motor cars so am always delighted when my Audi is returned in top condition with all work carried out to my exacting standards and, furthermore, their prices are fair and sensible. Thanks.

I was trying to get my clock to work after Mercedes radio was removed, they did not know how to do it but had the equipment, they said bing it in and we’ll have a go, I was worried that it may cause issues with the car’s ECU, I have had it done by another company now.

Mercedes went in for a new key and a service, over the course of three weeks as the car wouldn't start without the key. Service was fine, although was unwashed which is part of the schedule. No great shakes, and reasonably okay with this.However a new key was over £500, including the cost of diagnostic, new key, and coding. A quick shop around after I've already committed to the work (pretty difficult to recover it anywhere else) suggested this is circa £300 over the odds. Indeed I would have done better to have called a MB key specialist to the garage.At no stage was I informed of the cost of work, until the invoice. So £965+ for a new key and service? I'd recommend trying elsewhere, and learning from my mistake.

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!I have had the most appalling long running situation with this garage which is still ongoing.My car initially went into the garage for repair on August 4th 2021 due to an intermittent starting problem. They replaced two parts, neither of which resolved the issue (costing me over £2000) and although they had my car for 15 weeks in total the fault still remained undiagnosed and unrepaired. In November I took it back from PG Autocare as there was no progress and another garage repaired the fault in a few days at a cost of £700. To add insult to injury my car was damaged by a vehicle reversing into the rear bumper of my car whilst in the care of PG Autocare Ltd. They verbally admitted liability and said they would repair the damage but we are now 6 months on and despite many phone calls from myself and excuses from them, nothing has been done. Could it be that because I am female and in my 70's they think that they can get away with this appalling level of service? If I could give them a minus star I would.

Excellent service, kept me informed of the repairs and cost throughout the whole process. Defs better than a main dealer for that personal care.it was a pothole that ruined my rear suspension, but P.C sorted it for me...

This garage was recommended to me by more than one person to take my BMW. My first visit was really good. Diagnosed a problem and booked the car in for the following week. They had the car almost all day to fix a tyre sensor. I called repeatedly to get an update and after three calls someone called me back. Car was not fixed on this occasion. Garage promised to call the following day after a call from BMW. Still waiting on a call a week later. This garage obviously don't need the business as they can't call people back. Really disappointed that a garage with a good reputation can't follow a simple thing like calling a customer back. Basic customer service.

Decided to service my Mercedes A Class with this garage, booked in for Full B Service, called up to say the car is ready for collection. Received the paperwork to what has been done. As this is a new garage I thought I would check the work has been done and the easiest thing I could check was the cabin filter. For my surprise this had not been changed even thought on the paperwork I received and it said it had been done, paid for a service that had not been done. Called up to say this is not acceptable and drove back wasting my time and fuel and asked for the old parts to ensure the rest of the service was done, the mechanic did show me the old parts for other items and all I got was Sorry I must have forgotten". I then had to go back to change the cabin filter again wasting my time and money
