29th May 2023Again having to talk to drivers about illegally parking in the 'Emergency Vehicles Only' bay at Waverley Court. Please note the illegal part of the above statement as the Management don't seem to be bothered. Maybe when the police, ambulance or fire service arrive and break your windows to move your vehicle you will take notice. Emergency vehicles use this area to remove sick and dying people to the Hospital in order to save their lives and make them better. Fire services use this area to save people from fires in their flats or in the building in general. Remember Grenfell Tower? Your employees are totally disregarding the lives and the safety of the residents here including many old and disabled due to their own idleness. What would happen if someone blocked access to their old parents or grandparents??? Please again see photosPlease see photos. Delivery driver not respecting 'emergency vehicles only' parking while delivering to a building which houses a great number of elderly residents who, at a moments notice may require the urgent assistance of an ambulance, paramedic or doctor and who use this parking which is blocked. After Grenfell, as this place is also used by the fire services, it is unthinking of the driver to park here blocking access to this reserved parking. Totally inappropriate of this driver who could have used alternative parking only a few steps away. Poor for such a large national chain. No respect for residents, customers or company!

My mum told me to write a good review so I just want to say amazing Tesco is. It's a lovely shop in crew and sells nice food but my favourite part is the cafe, dead nice innit.

Decent shop with plenty of choice. 4 stars though as often they’ll have gangs of teens hanging around underneath the stairs messing around and nobody seems to move them on.

Excellent selection of grocery items and fresh produce. Have been shopping here for several months now. Staff are polite and helpful. There are cash machines out side and also there are 2 photo booths if needed. Good indoor car parking space and free for 3 hours. Recommended for weekly shopping.

Busy on ordinary tills don't know why people don't use scanners. Much quicker to scan each item and then place in own shopping bag.

Looks like a shop closing down, lots of empty shelves, lots of new staff not up yo standard of the older ones

TESCO STAFF INCREDIBLY HELPFUL!!! Wendy at the help desk (who had worked there for over 25 years) was exceptionally helpful. I had limited time and a specific list of items to grab. She took me zll over the store (with patience and cheerfulness) till I had EVERYTHING NEEDED!!! Thank you WENDY and Tesco!

The staff are friendly & know their stuff.The only draw back is why can't they have the Cafe open sftet 5pm. The Covid-19 restrictions are gone!As people finish work at 5pm. They might say to their friends let's meet up after doing our shopping have a coffee n cake or a meal.In Adelaide South Australia they do they open until 9pm.This will bring in more jobs & bring more customers into your stores .what do you think about it people write a petition.

Paul wasn’t on duty but when I dropped a wine bottle in the car park. He went to get it cleared up and replaced the bottle. Very professional and helpful .

I would rate this 0 stars if I could! Absolute appalling service from Ann at the self service tills! Disgusting attitude, waiting for an energy drink to be approved whilst purchasing a meal deal for myself and my husband, she looks over at the flashing red light and me then continues her conversation with another customer who had paid and was trying to leave! Then asked me for ID which I provided, proving I was 30, then rejected my purchase because my husband couldn’t provide ID, I asked if I could speak with a manager, Ann then didn’t respond, simply voided the drink on the till, picked the drink up and walked away without a word! Simply rude, I asked her to not void and take it away but to get a manager first! The manager then proceeded to come over and tell me she disagreed with her staffs decision but couldn’t do anything about it and also refused to sell me an energy drink!
