Had my car in for a repair which was completely to a high standard at a great price. Thanks to the Luke Hogan in workshop control. He kept me up to date at every stage of the repair and answered any questions I had.

I enquired to test drive a Ford Fiesta here as I had been looking for a new car for a while. As soon as I test drove the car, I knew I loved it and decided to go ahead and purchase the car. Jay went through all the relevant paperwork and finance options with me in detail so I knew exactly what was on offer and what would be included in the monthly payments. As I decided to part ex my current car, Ross provided me with a price for the car and this was taken into account on the breakdown of finance costs. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic and I cannot thank Jay and Ross enough for helping me with everything, the car is perfect. I put my deposit down on the Saturday and the car was ready to collect by Tuesday. The communication was phenomenal and after every email which was sent across, Jay would call me to clarify what he had sent across so I understood what I was signing. I would definitely recommend Lookers Ford and will definitely be back!!

After an initial bad start, Ford Lookers Middlesbrough has now rectified the faults on my vehicle and got it back to working 100%.The apologies from the owner/manager due to having the vehicle longer than expected where honest and sincere.Thanks for taking the time to contact me and sort out the problem 1st hand.Will definitely be using Ford Lookers Middlesbrough again.The after service support has been top-notch.

When we went into the used car Portacabin we immediately felt that the staff were very customer friendly.our sales representative Jay was both friendly and helpful as we kind of knew what we wanted but we had to have certain features.Jay spent some time looking for the right vehicle and after a while he found the right one, which we took a test drive and was pleased with the car. All throughout the process I felt that it was like buying a car from a friend not a pushy dealer who’s only interest is profit. Unprofessional, scruffy and unhelpful.Find a fault, fix it, next day another fault, fix it, next day another fault.Their fault?As a result of the above, the manager has been in contact to apologise and explain what happened and why, and to accept could have been better communicated.Impressed with this follow up and a mutual agreement moving forward.

I received excellent service from Jay and Ross from the initial test drive through to the collection of my Toyota Corolla. All paperwork was dealt with very swiftly and I was kept fully up to date throughout the process making the collection of car very quick and easy.

Recently bought a second hand Ford Focus from them, both Jay and Kyle were really great and couldn’t have been more helpful! I don’t live nearby, so it was a quick turnaround for them getting the car ready and valeted for me to pick up a couple of days later. There was one very small issue with the car when I went to collect it, but they arranged for someone near where I live to come and sort it in the next few days with me so I could still take the car. Whole process was really smooth and I would really recommend them.

Purchased the Fiesta ST in December. Delivered and found broken Air in Take Pipe on the first day and Lookers claimed warranty wouldn’t cover it and wanted me to travel 100 miles so they could look at it. I work at a main dealer and just fit the part for £10 as I couldn’t be waste time travelling that far. I had a damaged rear bumper which I sorted through my work with obvious signs of damage from previous owner. Exhaust leak reported, again wanted me to travel 100miles when a Ford Dealer is 2 mins down the road from me. I don't get how this was missed on the inspections. I now have an oil leak coming from the engine which will cost me a fortune, just seems like there’s always something constantly wrong with the 4 year old car. Only done 30k since new. Now 3 months out of the RAC warranty. Just disappointing as not even had the car a year. Wont be coming back for another car.

All sales staff at Lookers used cars were very helpful, and I know that I am a particularly annoying customer (I knew what I wanted but also knew that it no longer existed). I was given time to look at a number of cars and test drive the ones I wanted to further consider.Once I had chosen the car I wished to purchase, the process was made as seamless as possible (other than my mistakes) and was able to collect the car on a day that was convenient to me.I will also add that this is car number 5 from these guys for myself and my husband is on car number 4.....all round happy customers!!
