Honestly, it was one of the best experiences i have ever had. The staff were amazing to me. Found everything i needed and went to the exquisite cafe. The staff were phenonenal with food service and were exstreanly kind. Defonatly going again. (P.s The staff deserve a raise for the exstream messures they took in helping me enjoy my time at the store / cafe) 5/5!!!!!

Didn't have everything I wanted but a very pleasant shopping experience anyway

I love the store itself here but the cafe needs improvement! The food itself is good but the queue is always long and ridiculous there. By the time I got my food today all the tables had been taken so I had to borrow a chair and eat on my lap! I had nobody else with me to sit and secure a table while I was in the queue. There’s only always usually 2 staff members serving which is not good enough. I heard people talking around me how slow it was too. The staff only seem to serve one customer at a time and they don’t move from the till until they get their food, which is contributing to how slow it is. They need something like tesco cafe where you’re given a table number and they bring the food out, this would cut the queue down massively. It’s the same story every time I come here which is a shame because the food itself is good. Working in the service industry myself I notice these things and it’s so frustrating. Just an idea aswel to maybe leave condiments and napkins out in an easy to reach place instead of keeping it behind the till.

Open more checkouts, please. If we are good enough to visit and spend money please don't nsje us queue to pay you. Customers first.

Love this store. Just wish there was more access for people who don't drive. Maybe a good bus route.

Wide variety of essential items and seasonal products at affordable prices. The café inside the store is reasonably priced, and I highly recommend the delicious donuts. Unlike many similar shops, this store also have restroom facilities, allowing you to leisurely enjoy your shopping experience.

This store has Everything to snatch footfall and increase sale. The flawless and perfect, well clean constantly. The aisles are all around kept up with and very roomy. It's has cafe also, you can park your trolley in the stand and can have little break before checkout. Should suggest on the grounds that it has assortment of areas like Pet care, living, health and fitness, sweets, crisps, beers&wine, drinks, groceries, cereals, Fruit and veg, Frozen and chilled food, Gardening stuff etc. The store also offer fresh Baked food like baguette, Tiger rolls, scotch rolls etc. This store has everything on bargain prices. Personally I will recommend. Plenty parking space outside.
