The Terrace Hotel
Stayed for one night. The bed & linen was comfy, the pillows were unsupportive, wafer thin and cheap. The room was clean but the lobby and chairs in the lobby were filthy. Couldn't taste the breakfast properly because it was dripping in grease. Overall for £114.00 really not worth the price per night.

Service has been really disappointing over the last few months. Went for dinner and although the meal took a while to arrive it was fine. No-one came back to my table for a good half hour after I had finished and when they came I ordered a dessert. A further 40 minutes I had to go find the manager to ask where it was. It arrived fifteen minutes later with a half-hearted apology. I am aware that a lot of hotels and restaurants have difficulty getting staff but this was poor from a place that has been quite good over the years. In this town there are a few good places to eat. This will be noticed by the local community and they will choose elsewhere.

Was at The Terrace for a dinner for about 40 people- all had preordered meals and sitting for the given time - we were in a separate room at the back - the room was baltic - had to keep our coats on - the rest of the hotel was warm - the staff were very pleasant and helpful but had to wait half an hour before we got out starter then about an hour for the main course and another hour for the desert- the food was tasty but only luke warm the main course had been sitting for a while before it was brought out.

Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location in the town. Breakfast quite nice, lots of options. I would definitely recommend staying at The Terrace Hotel, Magherafelt.

Some lovely staff, in particular the young lady who was travelling to Edinburgh for the weekend. Sorry, I've forgot your name !Unfortunately, we had some rude memeber of staff during breakfast, and the dirty bath, vape behind the bed covers that didn't belong to us, put us off ever returning to this hotel.

Went there for a family meal. It was alright, dry chicken. The manager promised a free dessert as a way of an apology...I'm still waiting.It's very pricey for what we were served.

My second time here, which must say something! Friendly service, lovely room, comfortable bed, central location. parking. Haven't had breakfast yet, mind, but it was fine last time. This is a nice hotel, worth booking into if you're planning to stay in the Maghetafelt area.

Went to the comedy club here, it was 10/10. Great acts, well run and great location. Fintan and James are doing a great job with the club

Stood for ages to get served.. My order was 2 cokes in a pint glass with ice... He couldn't understand. Told me he had no pint glasses and can give me 2 highball glasses.. After trying to get it into his head the big glasses were a pint glass I eventually got my 2 coke with ice...... Long time since I was there, long time till am back
