I usually have had positive experiences here and staff have been accommodating and helpful.However, there is a manager named Maria who was working today (04/09/23) who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked her if she could possibly double cup my drink as I was taking the bus and it often spills. This has never been a problem for me before, and previously, McDonald’s (even this particular McDonald’s) has always been happy to provide with double cup when I ask.Yet she was difficult about it, and acted as if it was an unreasonable request, saying she would give me a lid or a small cup, which wasn’t going to fit under my drink as it was a different size so would not be any help.She then said she would give me a medium cup, so I then waited for her to get it and she completely ignored me and left me waiting 10 mins not knowing what was going on. I asked another member of staff who then asked her, and she smiled as if she was enjoying the fact that she was ignoring me.My issue here was firstly, I was disappointed that she couldn’t live up to the usual standards of McDonald’s good service by helping out a customer, but mainly, I am unhappy that she said to me she would provide me with a medium cup , and then completely ignored and seemed to be laughing at me. It took the experience from a not so great one, to a quite unpleasant one because of her unkind behaviour/ attitude towards me today. I needed to get my bus and it delayed my journey, and it was bad customer service and unkind behaviour.Please get a better manager.

Nice place, convenient. There is an afro cleaning lady (usually works at nights) often rude to customers. That’s quite disgusting.

went inside on a scorching day, but the air condition is not cold enough. even the ice cream is not cold enough. staff did great work tho, the place is clean and almost no queue for food collection. wifi downstairs works superb.

McDonalds is still one of the most popular Takeaways on the high street.They were not too busy so service was very quick and the food was well prepared and presented.

The diametrical opposite to a south London McD's, like say for instance the Brixton Central branch, or any of the south London big hitters.This place is almost respectable dining, so hard it tries to waft posh vibes and show it's not bringing down the tone of Ken High Street.It's so well behaved, it's lobotomised. You could swap this place for the library it's so quiet, with just some easy listening background pop at a very low volume. And table service! Hah! Just try that one at the Camberwell counter. You will be lampooned.First time I've ever seen all the order screens working. Toilets open as default! Yes, on trust, not requiring coaxing a giant key off the harassed counter staff to the amusement of every other patron. I could go on. They really do do things differently up north London.Nice but dull, soulless, unmemorable - and you can't say that about most of the south London branches.

If I could give 0 stars I would to the worst manager LESLIE that is serving tonight 27th of June.!The toilet upstairs is out of order with a note on the door.The downstairs toilet area was closed but a lovely cleaner gentleman went to ask her if he could let me take my little girl 3years old who was in tears needing a wee. She said no! I decided to try since I thought after seeing my daughter holding between her legs so desperate she might have a change of heart. The answer from the gremlin was NO again! I’m disgusted to go through that.Even the waiting customers couldn’t believe. I hope that one day she pee in herself when needed a toilet. She’s young so she’s probably not a mother and never needed toilet so badly like when you are carrying a child and you can’t hold! That’s the agony of a child when they need to go toilet! Their brains are not like ours that can control. Nasty lady!!!

It's a very nice place, but it's not nice to see this is a security asleep on bend down on the table. So hopefully, next time, it must be clear of space to sit on the table and clean the tablets as well.

The staff are undeniably rude, dismissive and swear alot. It's almost as though we don't pay for our goods and want things for free, the attitude you get is horrid. Most of us understand people get things wrong but when you do and get back service ontop of it, it deserves a review.
