AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought 11 garden lights fitted by an experienced engineer. They lasted less than 6 weeks. This company will not take responsibility or ownership and I am now £240 out of pocket. They have come back with complete nonsense. The same electrician has come back and fitted new lights I have bought from another supplier, no problems at all. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID this company at all costs. Avoid buying their LED Brick light advertised in TLC Brochure as BLED5SW. I don’t want this to happen to another customer. I’m taking this further now to trading standards. They don’t deserve any stars at all just had to put one to post this.

Very helpful firm to deal with, went to a lot of effort to resolve the problems I was having. Sympathetic and courteous, good to know some companies still value good customer relations. Will use again and would recommend to friends. Well done and special thanks to Scott in Technical for his patience.

Using cheap alloy for your knock out back boxes isn't really a good start is it? If you're happy having your wall accessories hanging off the wall leaving live parts fully exposed because of shearing screw fixings then by all means go for it I'll be sticking to British General from now on!

Bought and fitted 20 polished chrome sockets from Knightsbridge, 7 of which are faulty out of the box!Called to raise the issue with technical and the response was less than helpful, verging on rude. Apparently I am the only person to have this issue, even though over a third of the sockets on my order are not working.Very poor customer service with no quality control on the products.Definitely will not use this manufacturer again.

If I could leave a 1 star, I would do that. Dreadful service.I am just completing a project of 10 new apartments.We purchased the screwless polished chrome fittings but more than 50% of the front plates are defective - wrong colour and unfinished on the edges. The edge of the defective ones have not been chrome plated they are still matt/unfinished.There is an obvious and stark difference.We need to complete the project but ML/Knightsbridge - whose tagline is - 'The Mark of Quality' are anything but!Mistakes happen but Knightsbridge are failing to deal with the matter at all or take any ownership.We have the defective items ready and just require Knightsbridge to swap them over to what has been purchased.There are over 150 defective front plates.Knightsbridge are making this unnecessarily difficult and we intend to follow up with a legal claim if the matter continues to be prolonged unnecessarily.AVOID ML & Knightsbridge at all costs!

Bought a 2G switched socket, within a year one side stopped working, so had it swapped. Then after 6 months the replacement had an issue with one of the switches not working.1 star for the fact it worked in the place. And second star as the black nickel finish looks nice. Otherwise... poor reliability from a socket.

Superb customer service - we had some problems with a remote control, despite the item being purchased over a year ago the customer service team got back to me first thing and were able to post out a new remote to us that day. Couldn't be happier.

Disappointing. Customer service is probably good to the business entities they sell to in bulk, but extends no further than that. If an end consumer has a faulty product, and the original supplier has ceased trading, there is no support or meaningful exception. Knightsbridge MLA suggested I ask another end supplier (of their products) to process the warranty return. Perhaps unsurprisingly, this alternate supplier was unwilling to assist. Therefore the only reasonable assessment I'm able to make, is that the 3 year warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. Caveat Emptor! We will certainly not buy brands supplied by the Company again in the future.
