Miss sold on sunglassesHave been told lens would change the colour in the sun, however that is not the case, tried to return sunglasses and been turned down as it had a scratch on the lens , scratch is really minor and could have been there from the day I bought them , honestly I don’t recall seeing it neither other way round , but the fact that I had them on in the shop and while driving back home ( 15-20 min) and second occasion 5 min if that when sun came out and I went out to test how lens darkens in a sunny day, it doesn’t - I would not have bought the glasses as they didn’t look dark enough( bought for driving ) , so my point is I am happy to keep the glasses if they do what they been sold as . Don’t mind the scratch it so minor.Management in the store didn’t want to do anything about it , regardless to their staff miss selling the item .Would never use this store again

Awful service. Manager Rakesh has no interest in serving his customers. They gave me two left shoes, so I had to come back to the shop from home. No apologies were given. I would give them no stars if I could.

Rakesh and Sam went above and beyond to make sure that my suit was properly tailored; I appreciate their followthrough!

Shoddy Service, I was waiting five minutes for an assistant, two assistants walked right past and didn’t acknowledge me. I then complained at the counter who then past me on to another assistant who asked what I wanted and disappeared for over 5 minutes without saying anything. I walked out after exasperation. Despite asking them to help me get four shirts and two pairs of trousers. With service like this it doesn’t surprise me that high street shops are not making money. Really poor play by Boss! They had the cheek to blame their staffing levels. Not my problem!

Excellent service. Last minute suit alterrations on week day. i wasn't expecting my suit back until the next day but had a call to say it was ready same day so saved me having to rush around picking it up.I buy all my suits from Hugo Boss until I start earning Gucci money :D(even then I still think I will own a load of BOSS suits)

It pains me to write a review like this as i’ve previously been a big fan of BOSS and my initial experience at the store was positive.But BEWARE of poor quality textiles for some of the garmets.I bought a number of items from the store after retailers opened in 2021 to treat myself after a challenging few months. The store assistants were very helpful and picked out some items they believed would look good on me. One of the items was a pair for jeans which I really liked the look/feel of.Fast forward to present and i’ve worn the jeans 3/4 times when meeting family (I wanted to keep the jeans nice for the few social occasions COVID has allowed). The last time I wore them my brother pointed out they had a rip in the crouch.On closer inspection it appears the denim is particularly thin in this part of the jeans, which I believe led to the rip despite no particular trigger to cause it. I have pairs for primark jeans I use for physical activities and they’ve never developed anything like this.I was hoping as i’d only worn the jeans a few times and the are only 9 months old that the sales staff would continue their good service and assist me with a return or replacement. Unfortunately this did not happen and instead they said as I purchased them >6 months ago there was nothing they could do. So i’m left at the point where I have to throw away a >£100 pair jeans, and am now deeply sceptical of buying BOSS clothing in the future.
