The worst vet ever. I took my cat there and the two vets there were so un professional and they did not perform the required tests and my cat got worse and got kidney infection and the vet told me the only solution now is to sleep him (just to cover his mistakes) we asked many vets and said it is a lie and the cat can be good and we took him to another vet and he is good now and they told us that your previous vet gave wrong medicinesGuys never go there if you dont wanna pay extra money for horrible and dishonest treatment

I had a terrible experience here and do not recommend if you are taking your small animals. I took my rat for a check up on her possible tumour, and the vet (Hassan Salamian) had no sympathy nor explained anything. He said about 3 sentences when I was there (regarding tumour sample being sent for £150) and did not answer much of my questions. I changed vets after going there for the second time and having the exact same experience. Very expensive as well. More a money grabbing business than an actual vet. I would, on the other hand, recommend Castle Vets. They have been wonderful with all my animals.

I recently took my two cats to the Vets4Pets and from the moment I stepped into the door it was a pleasant experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable about various animal care topics. They took great care in answering all of my questions, taking their time to really understand my pet's needs. Overall, their level of care is exceptional and I'm very happy with the service they offer. Furthermore, the Pets at Home store it is based in has a large selection of products and supplies for me to choose from, making it easy and convenient for me to get what I needed for my pets. I would highly recommend Vets4Pets for anyone who is looking for animal care services.

Would be a 5 star review if the receptionist wasn’t this unprofessional.We found a cat today in distress and very skinny and malnourished and we were worried for her. Took the cat in to check for a microchip and see if it has an owner. Receptionist gave us a lecture on how we are not supposed to feed outdoor cats (which we don’t anyway, it’s literally this one very malnourished cat we fed because we were worried). She asked us why we would take the cat in and told us we shouldn’t take cats away from their owners…I simply wanted to help an animal in need, was stressed and worried. The last thing I expected was to have the receptionist make me feel like a cat thief.The vet was nice and helpful, but by that point I was already upset by the receptionist. Would not want to go there again.

Very friendly staff and doctors, great experience for my shy iggy.

The reception staff are very friendly. The wait time was very long told 10-15mins waited over an hour. I find the male vet very rude and abrupt, and talks down to you, all other vets I have had dealings with have been very nice.
