If there was an award for Staffordshire's worst chemist, this place would win it. It's just disorganised chaos. Each time I collect my medication, I'm made to wait 10 or 15 minutes before they have found it. Standing is difficult for me at the best of times. I'm always made to feel as though I'm putting them out and while I'm stood there waiting, a long queue has formed behind me. There is only ever one person serving and that person needs intense customer service training. I would love to change my nominated chemist (Milton's) for a better one. However, they are the closest to my home and I don't have the option due to mobility issues.I am diabetic and take insulin. When my prescription was being picked up, I was given a receipt for items owing. Out of my many medications, the only one owing was the one I needed the most... The insulin. Went back when I was told it would be in only to be told that it wasn't in and I should ring around chemists to track it down. If they knew I needed it and I'd got it from them before, why didn't they make sure it was in? I now find that although I order a week in advance, the stuff still isn't ready 10 days later. One or two members of staff are lovely but I think this place needs closing down and put a Boot's in its place.

Check you have the correct amount of medications as I am constantly tablets missing, e.g. 52 instead of 56. !!!!!

Unfriendly people, abrupt, rude and make you feel uncomfortable. Will never go here for my medication again! You leave feeling worse than when you went in

Unfortunately not ideal place to drop parcel, even payed right weight and size for DPD collection, they not accepting it .

Brilliant Chemist Got A Wide Selection Of Goods Nothing Is Too Trouble For The Staff X

Very rude staff, one lady in particular even rang me up at home and accused me off not paying my prescription, I had to remind her of items I paid for with it, no apology offered, she wasn’t pleasant when she served me either. Second time she’s been rude to me in the past two weeks. I work for NHS on the front line , in these hard times I could do with out such rudeness.

This place is without doubt the worst chemist in Stoke on trent... Rude staff!! And the opening hours r an absolute joke!! People who work may aswell just give up trying to get medication from this place!

Eleanor and the Team are more than helpful, very friendly and are all extremely knowledgeable.The Team go out their way to help you and I would highly recommend this Chemist to anyone. Thank you all
